I contacted Traci the day I purchased the deal. I explained that I had guests coming in two days and needed some help. We scheduled for Friday morning but Traci called an hour later and said Mike could come out the same day. Traci is excellent on the phone and knew the answers to the questions I had. Mike is the electrician that came to do the repair. He did an excellent job and was very patient with all of my questions. I had a follow up question the day after and I got a response within 20 minutes. I can't recommend this firm enough. I've already told some of my friends about them.

It went very well. I wanted a safety interlock and outlet where I could plug in my generator for back power for heating, a few lights and refrigerator in case went out. This was a cheap solution for peace of mind. Curry Electric was very professional in explaining what they going to do and then what they actually did. They were very complete in providing instructions on how to use and we are very happy with how clean, neat and integrated into main panel. It is safe for us and anyone working on power system outside the house.

The service provided by Curry Electric was EXCELLENT! It snowed the night before the service was to be performed. The owner called in the morning to advise that the technician was running late because of the weather. Nice touch. When the technician arrived, he was polite and very knowledgeable. He provided helpful suggestions on how the work could/should be done. The work was performed well and promptly, and the technician left each work area cleaner and neater than he found it. I will be using Curry for all of my future electrical needs.

I love the new fan. The heater will be especially nice this coming winter.

Traci Curry and Justin Burroughs were very helpful in explaining what was needed for the job, what would be necessary to comply with current electrical standards and Codes, and what options were available in putting together a detailed Proposal for the job. They brought to our attention several necessary items that some others who bid on the job failed to mention! The morning of the job, we received a call that the electrician would be delayed a couple of hours, due to his having to work a late-night emergency job the night before. We appreciated the call very much! Other outfits we have worked with never took the trouble to let us know about such things, letting us wonder and worry about why the workmen hadn?t shown up yet! Tyler arrived at the time they told us he would in the phone call, and went right to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently, installing the new lighting fixtures and explaining how and where he made some necessary repairs, such as replacing a few junction boxes that had become broken or cracked over the years. He was very careful to save for us all the instructions and paperwork that came with the new fixtures, and cleaned up and hauled away all the packing materials when he was done. Billy arrived a couple of hours later, to assist and help troubleshoot and repair the two bad exterior AC receptacles. He quickly found the problem ? a GFI receptacle on the circuit (in the garage) had gone bad, and one of the two non-working exterior AC receptacles had broken weatherproofing shielding. He replaced both the GFI receptacle and put a new weatherproof housing on the other AC receptacle, and both receptacles now work fine. Meanwhile, Tyler worked with us to locate and install the new exterior receptacle for the De-icing Cable, the interior pilot-lighted switch for it, and to determine if a circuit was readily available that would handle the load. Through his testing and expertise, he found a circuit very close by that worked perfectly and had ample capacity for the increased load. This saved us potentially having to wire and run a whole new circuit all the way to the breaker box in the basement! We are very pleased with the work! Tyler and Billy were very thorough and professional, and took care to let us know what was going on each step of the way. They both showed very good attention to detail, and thoroughly cleaned up the area after finishing the work. Even better, they took a good deal less time to finish the job than we expected, which, of course, resulted in a smaller invoice for the work! The new lighting fixtures look and work fine, we again have the use of the two repaired exterior AC receptacles, and we?re quite confident all will go well if/when we have to use the Roof De-icing Cable during the winter months. We will definitely use Curry Electric for our future electrical needs!

The installation was fine. The problem is that I was overcharged for their travel time and I can't get them to send me a detailed receipt even 13 days after the service was performed. They have a $65 travel charge but the tech told me that covers only 30 minutes and it took 45 min for him to arrive at my house. I live in a central location serviced by this vendor and I have no control over where the tech was coming from on his previous call. When I called about this, Traci told me they would send me a $19 refund, but never did. But my real complaint is that I don't have a detailed receipt showing a breakdown of the costs and this vendor (Traci) as been rude to me on the phone. I called after the visit and they told me they'd email me the receipt the next week. They never did. When I called, Traci told me she was busy but would send it the next week. After more than a week, I called back yet again (13 days after the service was performed) and Traci told me she couldn't send me the receipt now because she was busy closing the previous month. When I tried to explain that is not my issue and I just wanted my receipt, she cut me off and said "I'll get to it when I get to it and that is that....end of discussion" and then hung up on me. I was not impolite in any way and certainly, as a customer, do not deserve to be treated this way. I am frankly astonished that someone this rude can be in charge of dealing with customers. I will never use this vendor again for new service. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

There was 2 people and it was fine. The communication was good. They were prompt and came out right away. we caqlled them in the morning and they came out the same morning.

My problem with the service was that I had to schedule twice because the scheduler got sick before the original schedule was entered in their books.

Bill arrived as scheduled and installed an exterior light fixture above the front entry of my condo. He was professional and efficient and took the time to explain reasons for maximum wattage acceptable for the fixture. Earlier I had the opportunity to talk with the owner, Tim Curry. He impressed me as a person who is sincerely interested in doing what is best for his clients as well as for the people who work for him. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend the service they provide.

All outlets in the house were checked to be certain that they all met NEC code. New GFI's were installed where needed. Worked performed in under 2 hours. Billl Root did the work. I found him very polite, courteous, professional and informative when questioned. This behavior I have always found to be typical of Curry Electric. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation. This is not the first time they have worked for us.

We called one morning to see when we could get someone to come out after discovering the night before the previous homeowner had not installed a box behind the light we removed. They said they had had a cancellation that day and could probably fit it in. Within 2 hours the electrician came and did what we needed. He was quick, it was an easy job, but one I didn't want to tackle myself. I will call them for other larger jobs in future.

Remodeling my kitchen and needed to move location of an outlet, light , and multiple wires as well as notch some studs in order for the wires to be behind the cabinets and drywall. Mike was able to complete all the work and advised me when there was a problem with the wires going over the vent system. Mike is very personable and cleaned up all areas. ,

I thought they did the minimum regarding the job and they didn’t seem willing to go the extra mile since it was towards the end of day. The price was high for what was done.

Service person arrived and did a good job by replacing the defective ballasts. Cleaned up work are. Communicated well. Excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Mike was our installer and has many years experience. I would highly recommend him. He was professional, has excellent work ethic, and was friendly. My recommendation if I were to need electric work in the future is to have Curry Electric come to my house and actually bid the job. Otherwise, the bill can get very large very quickly based on an hourly rate. Curry worked with us on our bill and I believe it was fair and equitable. I highly recommend Curry Electric.

Very polite and professional team of two electricians spent approximately 7 hours at our house doing the entire job. Worked steadily and took few breaks on a hot day that required lots of attic work. None of the bedrooms had existing ceiling fixture so all electric had to be run from above. Followed contract item for item and reviewed with home owner when job was complete.

I found Curry Electric on Angies List and called them. John the electrician was on time and after a few minor additions and inspection of our main breaker box we were good to go.

The technician answered all of our questions and explained the work in a way that was easy to understand. Furthermore, he was very knowledgeable, and we are satisfied with his work.

I have aluminum wiring in my house and needed to get it fixed. The best method besides total replacement to copper is the Copalum crimp system. John and Bill showed up on time everyday and went right to work. This was big job to replace every switch and outlet plus removing every ceiling fixture to crimp the wires. They also wired up an inline fan in my attic and put Noalox grease on my aluminum connections in my main breaker box. Over all they did an excellent job and I would hire them again if I needed any more work done.

Excellent! Can't say enough good things about them. The office staff promptly scheduled the work, Mike showed up at 7:30am as promised and immediately understood what the issues were, corrected all the wiring issues and properly installed the lighting. What a pleasure to work with professionals that know what they are doing and charge a fair price!
