Description of Work: They handled a circuit panel wiring issue at one of my rental houses. Very much appreciated the photos emailed showing me the issue and repair. Pleased with the work.

Description of Work: $109 of the cost was for the Warren County permit. Cullen obtained the permit, coordinated with Duke to shut off and restart the service. Cullen dug up the sunken line to relieve tension, corrected the damage done by the underground conduit sinking, installed an adjustable sleeve to prevent future damage and extended/repaired wiring in the outdoor box to meet codes. When Duke failed to turn on power in a timely manner Cullen called to determine why and coordinated with Warren County & Duke to get the power back on as soon as possible. Cullen worked in frigid icy weather to get this job done for me in time to close the sale of the property when others I contacted said NO.

Description of Work: They gave us a very reasonable estimate for electrical work but we were unable to schedule when they were available. We used another company who met our timing needs and did ok work, but Cullen was really good at offering alternatives to fit our budget. They were so knowledgeable and professional I felt confident they would have done a great job if we could have made the schedule work. I will definitely use them in future when I can be more flexible with timing

Description of Work: They hung s chandelier, fixed a problem with a light in my closet and installed a dimmer switch. The repair in my closet required crawling through the attic crawl space, but she always had a positive attitude. I had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They added can lights to several rooms of our house and hung our TVs on the wall. They were on time and on budget. I was very pleased by the service and I will be calling again for my next project.

Description of Work: They were professional and very capable. The light fixture was not correctly wired, and they wouldn't give up until they had straightened it out. I had to miss my evening class, however, because they were held up by the prior appointment. That is the ONLY quibble I have.

Description of Work: We have used this company three...once to install a light and vent in our shower, once to install a m-wave above our stove and once to install outlet in our basement. We also plan to use them next month to install additional lighting outside. We've been pleased with their work...a few others may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for...they have done great work for us or we wouldn't keep using them so many times.

Description of Work: I was surprised to see two ladies come up at my door for electrical services. They replaced a couple of old exhaust fans, a chandelier and a ceiling fan. I was really impressed.

Description of Work: First time using Angie's list and I purchased use of Electrical work with Cullem Electric which is in Milford Ohio and approx. 15 miles from my home.When I called to set an appointment the number was disconnected and I had to call 411 to find the new number. I live in Northern Kentucky which is in the Cincinnati area. I finally contacted someone and they told me that they are not licensed in the state of Kentucky. This was not listed before I purchased a certificate. Next I had to call Angie's list to have this charged removed from my credit card. So BAD on Cullem Electric and BAD for Angie's List.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99.00 Angies list special from Cullen Electric. Lilly showed up as scheduled and replaced a faulty GFI panel circuit breaker as requested which I purchased in advance at Home Depot. While she was doing the work she discovered a few things that needed to be corrected and asked me if I wanted them done which I said yes. I had no additional labor costs since the special provided two hours of service. I paid for the additional parts which I thought was fair. My first and only experience with Cullen Elrectric was very good.

Description of Work: These folks installed a circuit for a wall tv. They worked very dilligently & I was very impressed by the over all experience. I highly reccomend!!!!!

Description of Work: Lily and her assistant combined several improperly installed, and hard to reach, switch boxes into one easy to reach, properly installed and safe switch box. Also replaced were three light switches. In addition an aged outdoor light was replaced with a modern motion detector light. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. This is the company I will use again as needed for electrical work.

Description of Work: I replaced the light in my bathroom and discovered that the previous owner didn't pay the contractor to install a safe and appropriate electric box to contain the wires for the light. This is why I bought the Big Deal. I made the appointment the day I bought the deal and took their earliest, which was two weeks out. They arrived on time, were professional and genuinely cared to meet my needs. They removed the bathroom light I installed, placed the electric box, reinstalled the light and cleaned up in the first hour of my contract. The second hour they replaced my front porch light with the new fixture I purchased. An electric box needed to be installed in this location as well, which I did not anticipate. I also didn't consider that my new fixture would hang in the way of my door. They pointed out what I had clearly not considered and offered a solution, thinking outside the box, that was much appreciated. I work from home and have conference calls throughout the day. They understood my constraints, worked with them and made sure my needs were met. I could not be happier!
