Never came as they said and never called me back, Twice.

Scheduled list of items with their office. Two times. They arrived and said they only had time to do one repair. Cost me $125 for their service to install one switch.

Went very well. They answered all my questions and even helped get broken light bulbs out of sockets.

A loose connection was found in the outlet causing intermittent voltage to flow to the dryer. It was tightened and checked out for safety. And the new dimmer switch was installed OK.

When the pump on my in-ground pool went bad, I first thought it was an electrical issue because it kept popping the circuit breaker. I called Cullen to check the breaker and wiring. They determined the pump motor went bad, which they could not replace. They did offer to upgrade the switch for the pump, which was old and had visible decaying wiring. I agreed. THE GOOD: They completed the work quickly and did a great job. I've had them do work for me before and knew they did quality work, and this was no exception. The switch works better and looks nicer them the old one. THE BAD: They didn't give me an estimate on the work, so when they presented me with the bill, I was dismayed to find it was much higher than I expected. Had I known the price in advance, I would have declined. Also, although the bill had all the parts listed out, it had no costs associated with each line item. A minor thing, but I'm puzzled by why they listed each item without including the cost of each.

Work was completed with no surprises. Rated punctuality a D due to a scheduling error. The electrician was expected on Monday but when I called to check on their arrival I was told I was on the schedule for Tuesday not Monday. They were on time Tuesday.

The initial install wasn't complete when the workers left on Saturday( a few circuits were not working), but the company sent a few technicians on Monday and everything was fine when they left. They took the time to make sure everything was working as expected before leaving and they were very professional. The price charged was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Cullen Electric to my friends and family.

Jason was professional and very friendly. Had two extra plugs to put in and readily agreed to install.

Job #1 05/09/2019 Lead employees, Ash and Drew. Job took about 5 hours, and was contingent on arrival of Duke Energy, plus and electrical inspector. Everything went as seamless as possible..or so it seemed to me. The weather was not so great, and I am sure some people got wet as all the work was preformed outside. Job cost was $1485.00 appx. Job #2 05/30/2019 Lead employees Noah and Clyde. Job took about 4.5 hours before electric was restored. Again very seamless, and work was indoors. Job cost was orig $2200.00, but was given discount by Keith (nice guy) the Svc. mngr. Appx cost $1850.00 Much seemed coordinated by "Cheyenne" who answers the phone. Not sure of her job title, but she is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Somehow I felt very confident dealing with all these people. I would have no hesitation, using Cullen again. AAA+

Ash & Skyler arrived a few minutes early, which was great. They listened attentively as I explained the issues and how I hoped the issues could be resolved, and then they went to work. Ash worked with me closely to insure he understood what I wanted at each step, and that I understood what my options. They re-routed the wiring around the photocells on the sconces, enabling me to control the lights via two inside wall switches. I was thrilled! They did a great job - fast, efficient and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for in a service provider. Thanks! I will definitely use Ash, Skyler & Cullen Electric again.

I called for a broken hard-wired smoke detector and lights that weren't working. They discovered that our switches were wired wrong and could potentially cause issues down the road. I had him check a few outlets that we use often and he found similar issues. I am so glad they brought this to my attention and didn't just complete the job and leave. By knowing of this problem and having it fixed will help me sleep better. Ash and Skyler were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Work went well. I downgraded a bit for price. Probably my bad. I don't use contractors very often so I get sticker shock when I do. Job cost $335. Included in the price was a $89 service charge just to show up. The labor of $149 plus parts was on top. If it is industry practice to NOT waive a service charge if the work is done on the same day then I will know better next time and be a little more vigilant when choosing a company. Other than that, things went Okay Dokay.

Electrician was on time and very friendly. Took a bit of work to get the doorbell taken care of but was done well. Floodlight was extremely easy installation and were very helpful in ensuring the positioning was best for us. All in all the job took about 4 hours but the results have been great so far. No doubt they could handle about any project but the price is a bit high. I asked for a quote to move two plugs up a wall to hide cords behind a wall-mounted tv and it was over $400 for a job they made sound like would take an hour. I went ahead and had someone else do the work for considerably less.

They have came back 8 times and never succeeded in fixing the prob on the outside lighting that should automatically switch off during the day. and after 8 times they haven't fix the problem and they won't give me a refund.

Will was awesome, wanted to get my electrical work inspected before the Butler County inspector. Showed me the mistakes I made and explained why. Also, gave recommendations on how to proceed with upgrading my smoke detectors. Recommend Cullen Electric, absolutely.

Through the entire process everybody I interacted with was very professional, polite, and kept me update on the progress. They were able to come for a free estimate fairly quickly and very thorough in looking for all the areas that needed rewiring. The team was always on time, very clean and professional. I highly recommend them.

They sent the A team for an estimates and the C team to do the work. A disaster. I had asked them to install two ethernet ports. The trick with this is running the cable from the new port to the existing wiring. Couldn't do it. Couldn't find a route, even with a coax cable next to it, electrical wiring next to it, just couldn't figure it out. They then tried to charge me around $230 for the failed effort. This on top of >$600 to install one light on the basement staircase and another ethernet port. I can't conceive of a circumstance when I would ever allow these incompetents in my house.

My experience was outstanding. I contacted them through the Angie's List messaging system and Andy got back to me almost immediately. He followed up right away (in the evening, no less) with some suggestions and further information about our particular situation. This was after contacting a few other electricians who either weren't interested in dealing with our situation or wouldn't even call me back. He came out the very next day to provide an estimate, and spent a good hour or more with me so that we could fully discuss the scope of work and so I had a complete understanding of what was needed and why. It was such a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many contractors who just look at you like another number and don't want to spend the time really explaining things in detail. The estimated price was very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Andy again down the road as needed.

Great, they were on time and the work performed went quickly. I also needed a couple of switches replaced which I requested after their arrival. All work was done within 3 hours and they cleaned up afterward. I would use Cullen Electric again.

I had an emergency repair on a Saturday for an electrical panel and I wasn't in town to assess or handle it myself. I reached out to Cullen Electric with some photos of the panel/wiring and asked for a second opinion on what my contractor was telling me needed to be done. They responded very quickly (on a Saturday no less) and gave me the confirmation I was looking for, knowing there was no immediate business in it for them. That level of professionalism is greatly appreciated and I would absolutely contact them again.
