Very well. They came out the same day I called. Very knowledgable and efficient.

The team was amazing. This was for our home kitchen. Neither my wife nor I really had a vision for how we wanted our kitchen rewired to make room for our new fridge. But the team that came out was friendly, courteous, patient, and worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. In under 2 hours, they: 1) added a dedicated line to the fuse box just for our fridge 2) installed an additional outlet in the kitchen 3) made the existing outlet into a grounded sunk in outlet for the fridge 4) moved one light switch to another side of the wall 5) added an additional light switch to the other side of the kitchen controlling the same light. Everything works and looks great and as far as we can tell, is completely up to code. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case we got so much more.

Workers were clean, they prepared area, they were cordial and thorough to do the job correctly.

I originally bought a "Big Deal" for a few hours and wanted to see what was possible. After Lilly got there she was great they told me how long it would take and approximately how much it would cost. She was very close in the cost for everything and she really did rush around to get it done as quickly as possible. Even though they billed hourly I never felt like they were running the clock to get more money we had a very difficult house as we were running from a basement up to the 2nd story and there was a lot of routing work that needed to be done. They cut as few holes in the drywall as possible to make repairs easy and offered suggestions on how to avoid cutting walls etc. I felt some of the parts / materials were a little highly priced ($60 floor outlet) but it was installed quickly and was much better than cutting more holes in the wall. Also, they were very fast to provide service and work us in for a few add on runs that we decided we wanted after Lilly had done a great job. I would highly recommend the company and Lilly she was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with for our project.

I realize that this is an older townhouse and they may have some difficulty. The electric had to be run from upstairs to the main floor, I understood this and they had to run the electric through the closet in the living room. Now -- the drilling was mis- judged and a hole was drilled in the ceiling of the entry way and not the closet., The hole is approximately 1/2" with paint chipped around it. I am not happy about the situation, however, the ladies were nice (yes, the electrician was a woman with a lady helper) and I did not make a big deal about it until I was presented with a bill for 66 dollars for travel time and materials. Now, I am starting to get upset because I am going to have to pay someone to fix the hole that should not be there and I felt it was bold of them to request payment and not - at least- offer to credit the travel fee of $25.00. UPDATE TO ABOVE COMMENTS:They are a stand up company. They did stand behind their work and resolved the situation to my total satisfaction. Yes, I would use them again.

I found this company and the electrician who came to my house to be very responsive, punctual, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Overall Lily and Gicela did a GREAT JOB. They climbed in my one attic to put a bathroom fan in and seemed like it did not take them long. They were both very professional and quick.. When I made the appointment I explain I thought I had enough work for 3 hours and I would pay the difference theysaid no problem.They charge by the hour not by what they are doing which I like. I needed a chandlier hung in the kitchen and swaged over. I had an exsiting light fixture and thought they could use that. They asked if I would like them to get in the garage attic and drill a new hole and hange it from there. I really like there idea better it turned out great. i would definetly have Lily and Gicela back again or anyone from Cullen Ellectric Service. GREAT JOB!

The Cullen personnel were great. They worked hard and fast, but most of all safe. I had several wall outlets that either were not working or were lose inside the wall. They replaced them. My hallway wall light switch had stopped working. They replaced it. In my basement, there were open circuits, live wires from some things the previous homeowner had disconnected and left un-terminated. Cullen carefully located and safely removed these unused wires from the breaker box. They also noticed that my clothes dryers electrical disconnect was not properly mounted to the basement wall. They securely connected it to the wall. The un-terminated live wires were a real safety issue and the main reason I purchased the Angie's Big Deal. The Cullen people made this an exception value for me. I will use them in future projects and I recommend them to others.

They were on time, very pleasant, quick, extremely hard working, efficient, and tidy. I liked it that they explained exactly how they were going to go about things and that they were very respectful of my house, taking care to sweep up and put everything back in its place when they were done. My only regret is that I don't need any more work done right now because they are a real "find."

I bought the 2 hour for 150.00. It ended up taking longer than expected due to having to run wire, install a lights witch and install the light. Everyone worked effectively and efficiently even cleaning up after themselves before they left. Lilly was thorough in explaining everything she did. She is a pro and I will highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

I bought the 2 hour deal and was delighted that the work was done in time. Even thou we had a few issues, Cullen Electric lived up to there commitment and completed the job. One thing I respect more then anything else is someone keeping their word.

We had several indoor & outdoor electrical outlets and/or switches that weren't working, and the Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical work for $99 seemed like a good opportunity to get these issues taken care of. They were very easy to contact for scheduling, and arrived promptly. I was very pleased with their courtesy, promptness,knowledge, efficiency, and quality. They worked quickly to take care of all the items on my list, and left enough time to help correct some erroneous labeling of breakers on our panel. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely use them again.

Cullen Electric came out to rewire some outlets and do some misc electrical work that we had been putting off. They were able to quickly fit me into their schedule. They were on time. They listened to all of my requests and concerns and they got to work. They understood that cost was a concern and helped us figure out the most economical way to accomplish our goal. The work was completed on time and under budget. Thank you Cullen Electric ! We will use them again!

I had a GFCI outlet that tripped and would not reset. This impacted 2.5 bathrooms and an outlet in my garage where I had a refrigerator plugged into it also. This was on a Saturday morning when I called. I called 3 electricians total and Andrew Cullen called me back first - within an hour! Fortunately, he was able to come out very shortly thereafter, with Lily, one of his associates, and fix the problem. I had also asked him if he might have time to address a couple of other electrical issues I had been putting off. They did. They were very prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonable and I will no doubt, use them for some other work in the future. I highly recommend them!

The work turned out wonderful. Keith did a lovely job. He was on time, professional, neat, friendly, reasonable and knowledgeable.

Lilly was wonderful. She showed up on time, she was done within the 2 hour time frame and she had supplies in her truck that I didn't have. The dimmer switch I had was the wrong one and we didn't have some brackets for the ceiling lights. Lilly had them in her van which saved a ton of time. She also cleaned up after herself and everything works beautifully! I even had her give an estimate on some future work that we are looking to do. Very reasonable.

I accepted Cullen Electric's offer to do 2 hrs of electrical work for $99, which was an Angie's list "Big Deal". I was immediately impressed, because I received an email from Cullen Electric almost instantaneously, which told me how to contact them to schedule my appointment for their visit. We scheduled the work to be done the following Friday at 1:30. Lilly called about Noon on Friday and said she was running about 1 hour behind schedule and should be at my home around 2:30. I appreciated her courtesy - it was not a problem for me to move out to 2:30. Lilly and her helper arrived right at 2:30, came in to review the work to be done and went to work immediately to disconnect my "possessed" microwave oven. She then installed the cover plate over the exposed wiring in the ceiling. She then tackled the wiring on the exterior light fixtures that had been wired in a very unconventional fashion, which another electrician walked away from. Lilly was challenged on this one, but rose to the occasion and did get them both working again. In summary, I was very pleased with the quality of Lilly and her helper's work and enjoyed their visit. They both have great personalities and were a pleasure to talk with and were professional at all times. I'm so glad I found Cullen Electric and will surely use them whenever I need electrical help in the future and of course, will also refer other business to them.

Had selected Cullen Electric from Angies list because of the big deal offer. They contacted me to set up an appointment. This was scheduled at my convience just a few days out. Lilly and her helper arrived early and got right to work. We discussed the work that was needed as well as the cost for additional time. I knew from the start that I had much more work than could be done in the two hours covered by the big deal. They worked very fast and did a great job. Everything was.cleaned up and my home was left very tidy. They even vacuumed! Highly recommend them for all electrical work. The price was very fair and openly discussed.

I really appreciated it when Lilly called to say she was going to be later than our agreed upon time of arrival. Both she and her sister were very professional and got right down to business when they arrived. They quickly determined the problem with my outdoor light and waited while I ran to Home Depot to buy a replacement. They then removed the old light and installed the new one. They also went above and beyond by caulking both the replacement light and my existing matching/twin to that light to help extend their functionality. Afterwards, they changed 10 indoor socket fixtures. They are very neat and clean up any debris as they work. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and will certainly use them again when needed.

Cullen Electric showed up exactly on time and worked without even a small break. The Electrician even broke a light sweat from the feverish pace worked. I highly recommend Cullen and will certainly use them again.

Contacted for service and company was able to install outlets the next day. Arrived on time. Very nice job. Would definite use again!

My wife and I bought a new oven from Lowes. They delivered it but could not hook up the electrical. We called Cullen electric and they called right back. They came out the following day to hook up oven. When they arrived, it was determined the electric box needed to be moved to the left side of oven verses the right side. The cord from the oven was not long enough to reach the current outlet. Cullen electric decided to relocate the 240 electric box, and they also decided to cut out a piece of the wall so the box would be flush with the wall. The entire job was done quickly and professionally. Will use this company again when we need electric work.

The company was prompt,cordial and very professional. The installed the new lines, returned to check an outlet that was not active, was present when the inspector came to inspect the new electric. The inspector wanted to re do two small items and a worker came the next day to fix the two items so we could have occupancy.
