I had them look at a switch plate that was heating up and replace bulbs in my chandelier. They did all the work. The switch plate still gets warm so it is ongoing work. They were very friendly and helpful.

Arrived on time and quickly removed old service and installed a new 200 amp service panel. Will use again.

Andrew did a great job and answered all my questions. The pass two nights I could not wait until dark to watch my driveway light come on automatically now that the photo cell works.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. I did not pay anything extra. They did an excellent job. If there was an A+, I would give them an A+. I would absolutely use them again.

I recently contracted Cullen Electric to help with a remodel we are doing to a kitchen/dining room/living room. The ladies arrived to install can lights in the kitchen/breakfast area, new light fixtures in the dining room/breakfast nook, front entry, accent lighting in kitchen and entry way, and a dedicated outlet to a basement electric fireplace. This was a 2-day job for the ladies and the result was as good as we could have asked for. They are electricians but also have an eye for design, taking care to make sure the spacing between the lights made sense and that the end goal was accomplished in the most aesthetically pleasing way. Drywall damage was minimized and their clean-up eliminated lots of work and headaches for us on the back-end. We did have one point of confusion with an additional fixture that appeared to be included on the estimate but they contended was for something else...this was minor, but a reminder to make sure that the work is spelled out clearly to eliminate questions down the road. I would use Cullen again for future work.

I actually called Cullen Electric this morning, July 15, expecting that someone would be able to come out this week. I was told that someone would give me a call today and again, I assumed it would be later in the day. Within 30 minutes I had received a phone call and 30 minutes later they were at my house. Not only did they come out this morning but they fixed everything that I had messed up in a little less than 30 minutes. From the time I called until everything was fixed it was less than 2 1/2 hours. Amazing! I was blown away at how responsive, professional and simply nice everyone that I spoke to today was at Cullen Electric. I feel bad that I cannot give them higher marks and would recommend them to anyone in the area. Great company run by great people!

Two ladies arrived and I showed them the things I needed done. These included replace a few indoor and outdoor electrical outlets, replace 2 can lights and one light socket with pull string in basement. The outdoor outlet turned out to not be bad, the GFI was tripped. They replaced the outlets anyways. No problems with the light socket or indoor outlets, but one of the can lights was special and they did not have with them. They both went off to home depot first and then to a supplier they were familiar with in Milford about 15 miles away. This took more than an hour. Not sure why they didn't locate one by phone. This bit of electrical work cost me about $400 (including about $100 in parts). To their credit, they were very courteous and careful about their work.

We found the two Cullen electrician to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very, very good at what they do. We needed a part to finish a particular aspect of an issue, which they had in their truck. The finished all the work on our list and pointed out a few other items that needed fixing. Superlative service. We recommended them to the new owners of our home. THey are exactly the type of professionals we tell our family, friends, and neighbors about. Top-notch.

The 2 women that came to fix the ceiling fans were very prompt, friendly, and certainly knew what they were doing. They identified and resolved the problem quickly. I had bought 2 replacement ceiling fans just in case they couldn't fix the problem, but ended up being able to keep the original fans and returned the new ones, saving money. They answered all my questions and even gave me an estimate for some recessed lighting I was thinking about putting in, something they were not originally scheduled to do. So they exceeded my expectations.

Fine. They were very polite and professional. I am not a rich person (to put it mildly) and had put off this work on my 1920 house for a long time, but I am completely glad I went ahead and got this done, even though it was at the outside limit of my budget. They were good about telling me that it would be cheaper for me just to replace the lamp parts of my ceiling fans with over-the-counter items from Lowe's rather than having them spend an hour fixing it. With the entirely new switch (for a fluorescent light) they installed, I appreciated the way they asked me exactly where I wanted it.

Went perfectly, I have had Andy out for another issue already. I emailed him during the day and from what I sent was able to give me an estimate and put it in the next day by 10am.

I purchased two hours of electrical work on an Angie's List coupon. I was surprised when two ladies showed up to do the electrical work however they quickly dispelled any misgivings I had in my mind. Lilli and Jean listened and surveyed the job as I explained to them what I wanted. When they began to work it quickly became obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. As Lilli went up into the attic to work on the electrical feed, Jean set up in the room and got the hole cut in the ceiling and began fan assembly. This team was very efficient, clean and a joy to have in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. If I ever need electrical work in the future, I will call Cullen.

Overall, I had a great experience with Cullen Electric. The appointment was at 9am, but the lady's called and told me they were running about a half an hour behind, which was fine with me because it was scheduled to be an all day job. The lady's arrived at 9:30 and began work promptly. They asked to see the existing electrical box and mentioned that on top of the electrical panel upgrade they would also be putting the meter outside of our home and that we need to ask our neighbors if Cullen could use their driveway temporarily. I asked our neighbor and he didn't mind at all. Then about 15 minutes later, Lily, one of the electricians from Cullen, informed me that due to the closeness of our neighbors driveway and possible new meter location, it was determined that the meter could stay inside of the home. Which saved us $189 :) I was happy with news and they continued to work until about 3:45, when they started testing and labeling the electric panels. I thought they would be working until 6pm, so when Lily informed me about 20 minuted later that they were complete, I was thrilled! She showed me the new panel and the work area was already cleaned up. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use them again. I trust these women and would even trust them in my home without me there, which I have never done with any contractor. Great experience! Thanks Cullen!

It went very well. Lilli, the electrician, and her assistant arrived on time. Lilli asked for explanations of the problems. She "diagnosed" the problems and worked diligently and efficienty complete each task. Her professionalism, clarity of explanations, and expertise is outstanding. I definitely will call Cullen Electric in the future to request her services!

Had Cullen Electric Inc come to the house and do some minor electrical work. We had them give us an estimate for some other work needed done while they was here. They did excellent work.

Team replaced a failed exhaust fan in our master bathroom. No complaints and only praise. They were able to fit us in the day after we called. Very professional. The fan we were replacing was in a vaulted ceiling. They worked out a solution to replacing it that didn't require making a big mess cutting into the drywall. Great job! I'm keeping their information around for next time.

Called on Thursday for scheduling on-site evaluation and estmiate. Got callback on Monday and scheduled a Thursday appointment. This is a reasonable response time, but not a great response time. If they hadn't called back on Monday, I would have found another provider. I've dealt with contractors before that simply won't call back, so now I won't give them much response time. I've got better things to do than to wait for them to decide they've got the free time to call customers. If they won't answer your calls when you are asking for business, think how they'll respond when you have problems with their work.

The ladies arrived promptly. It was raining at the time and they brought towels with them to place on the floor and to dry off their shoes. They were very professional and friendly and obviously very knowledgeable electricians. They were very quickly able to diagnose the problems we had with several light fixtures. 3 lights had to be replaced and the ladies immediately went to the hardware store to get new fixtures. I decided to replace my daughter's light with a ceiling fan. I thought it was especially nice that the techs went out of their way to go to a second store to try to find a ceiling fan that my little girl would like and that was of better quality than they found at the first store. They brought back several things for me to choose from. The work was done quickly and the work space was clean when they left. They replaced 2 lights, installed a ceiling fan, installed a light kit in another ceiling fan and rehung a third ceiling fan. They also rewired the light switches in four bedrooms so that the ceiling fans and lights operated at the light switch and to stop the sockets from being turned off at the switch. I think this was all completed inside of 5 hours. I was very impressed with this company and its electricians. Will definitely use them in the future.

The girls came in, they were here for 3 hours. She was totally professional, knew what she was doing, did the least amount of damage for the job, and I would have them back in the future. They were great.
