We were trying to figure out what kind of lighting we wanted, and they came out and gave us a ton of options that we could go with. They came out a few times, with different options for us to look at. It looks nice. They were wonderful. They walked through a million times with us our different options for lighting.

Lili and asst. arrived on time and prepared to work. They worked the entire time and cleaned up afterward. The install went well and met my expectation.

Andy Cullen came out, on time, and was done in about 20 min. During his time he talked me through everything, our options and was able find a solution that accomplished what we needed. He was extremely nice, and professional. We didn't have a "go-to" electrician before, after our experience with Cullen, we do now. Next time we need anything, Cullen Electric will be the only call we make!

They were on time and were very professional and very knowledgeable. It was amazing to us that they finished the job so quickly. We were also impressed by the fact that they stopped to get a part for the unit. We had tried to install it ourselves but failed to do so. We decided to call Cullen after we dropped the unit and broke a part of it. They were very, very good and very understanding. We will definately call them again when needed.

The price was quite expensive. He said he could run the wires but not hang the TVs.

We couldn't be happier. We purchased a deal from Angie's list to correct a problem. Little did we know there was a potential disaster brewing. A wires loose in the box and was arcing inside burning the shielding on the wire. They fixed this immediately and discovered the previous owners had run aluminum wire to our furnace! We have copper throughout the house. They identified the issues and made recommendations. We negotiated a price for the repairs and the upgraded service. They made the repairs and completed the upgrade. A huge relief! Now our lights don't dim when the vacuum is run and we are up to date on code! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality electrical work

We had an electrical panel fire Wednesday afternoon. I contacted Cullen through the list, after hours, after the fire truck had left and the power company had switched off our power. Adam responded by 9:45 PM. We set an appointment for the next morning. We met with him and our adjuster .. determined the work and agreed to have Cullen do it. Adam noticed other details and expanded the scope as far as the meter. The adjuster agreed on the spot (she was great, too). Friday he got the parts and permit. Saturday he showed up at the agreed upon time and finished the job in less time than he estimated. So we paid him and thanked him - and will now wait for the county to inspect Monday and tell us we can go home. I can't imagine a better or faster experience.

Andrew came on short notice on a Saturday. He was very prompt and professional. He explained about aluminum wiring and gave some helpful hints. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would hire him again.

The job went well. The crew were friendly. Andy kept me informed of what was going on. Excellent work. The work was completed on time.

Andrew and his crew came out on one of the coldest days this year just after the first snow and ice storm through the area. He was reluctant to get started at first since there was snow and ice on the roof (where he would have to spend most of his time that day to replace the old service pole with a new 200 Amp service pole. He threw down some salt on the roof to melt the ice and began working that day. I was very impressed with this. The final result looks great. All the wires inside the panel are neatly organized and shaped to allow for easy identification in the future if needed. His price was half that of Cooper Electric and well under other competitive quotes received. I was very impressed with Andrew and his team and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Lili and Mimi showed up right on time. Did very efficient and professional job. Cleaned up as needed.

The job went approx as Cullen electric said, about 6 hours. They removed the old electrical and replaced with the new stuff. They checked each circuit to make sure it was operating correctly. Wiring looked clean and orderly. All circuits were marked with their function. The Hamilton County electrical inspector and the Cullen electric technition came the next week and reviewed the work and passed it without any problems. The job was professionally done and I would recommend them.

Lily was amazing. Never had a female electrician. We bought the special offer and while it cost more, Lily was extremely knowledgeable and corrected a problem others had worked on for almost two year. We know who to call if we need electrical work.

They could have said we needed a new panel and made money, but they were honest with us and let us know we didn't need a new panel and they contacted the electric company for us and set up an appointment for us.

I really cannot say enough about the quality, service, and professionalism of Andy, Lily, and the rest of the team. They were arrived promptly to give me a quote, and gave me an extremely thorough explanation of what services I needed. They also separated out different options so I could pick and choose things easily. Their quote was far more detailed than any others I received. Because I have a 100+ year-old house with plaster walls, my project presented some challenges, and it required making a significant amount of holes in the walls to run the new wiring. Andy and Lily came back to my house more than once to figure out the best way to do it while minimizing damage to the walls. The crew showed up each day when they were scheduled, and kept my house extremely clean. They were a pleasure to be around and explained everything that was going on, and how much longer the work would take. I was also impressed with how much care they took to make the holes in the walls as small as possible, and to minimize the damage. The quality of the work and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations, and the new panel and system passed inspection with no issues. I now have a complete electrical upgrade without piping and molding running all over the interior and exterior of my house. I will use Cullen Electric for any and all of my electrical needs in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Andy came out to look at the job the same day I called and had Lily and Cee Cee come out a week later to do the job. It turns out that my bathroom wiring was old and needed to be brought up to code with GFIC. He pointed out that my light switch could be reached (unsafely) from the shower. Lily and CeeCee arrived promptly and took care of everything, though my house is old and a lot of the bathroom work involved getting through concrete which was the style of tile and walls for bathrooms years ago. They then installed my vintage recessed lighted medicine chest correctly and advised on correct wattage of bulbs to use. It turned out to be a fairly difficult job,but they did a good job and I feel safer with the new GFIC and knowing that my vintage medicine chest was installed safely and correctly.

It was a great service. Will use in the future

These folks were fantastic! We really appreciate all the work they did for us. They were super up-front about costs, going so far as to break up our "wish list" into separate sections on the quote, so that we could prioritize what we needed to. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Plus, the amount of work they did was astonishing, compared to the very small number of holes they made! They also helped us talk through/define some projects that were rather nebulous. (Like, how best to light the pantry [read: closet].) I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergency. Out of town guests visiting , and power was out, at 8pm. Andy and Lily were here in 45 minutes stayed tested and resolved the problem. This was as good an experience as it gets. Awesome Electricians.
