CTA'S Affordable Garage Door

I highly recommend CTA's Affordable Garage Door. John was able to talk us through an issue with our garage door. Prompt, friendly, professional. He has all of our future business.

Good. John was prompt in answering all our questions. He uses good quality doors and openers. His employees were on time and courteous. They set up everything and showed us how to use it all. CTA was recommended to us and I'll recommend them to others.

It was great. I'm very pleased. They showed up on time and the job that they did is satisfactory. The door works and it was done fast and it went smoothly.

John showed up last Friday and discovered that the concrete footer and framing needed fine tuned prior to installation. He explained what needed to be done to builder and he made the changes during the day on Monday. John was able to adjust his schedule so that he could install our door late Monday afternoon despite setting an earlier expectation that he might not be able to return until this coming Thursday. The installation went very smoothly and I'm very happy with how the door complements the building, and how well it works. Additionally, John has a pleasant, easy-going personality.

John was knowledgeable and competent. He completed the job without a hitch. He is friendly and helpful. He did smoke in my garage, but stopped when I asked him to. I didn't contact any other companies, but I believe the pricing was pretty standard. I caught him at a pretty busy time, so I did have to wait a couple of days for him to check out the job and a couple more to have the door installed.

Excellent experience. He was willing to come to the house after normal hours to give estimate. Had difficult install, our house had shifted on foundation been jacked up, so garage door opening was not square. Installer discussed options and prices in detail, and in fact was the only one of several companies who was able to address the problem. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I would not hesitate to refer CTA to anyone.

Garage doors could be remotely opened but not closed. Tried different remotes but no luck. CTA'S tried to offer helpful advice, at no charge, over the 'phone but also did not work. John Estep and an assistant came to install a new system on time, as promised, and did the job at exactly the price quoted ( $ 285 ). Everything works 100% now.

I called for an estimate and they were quick in responding with a reasonable price. I had a basic white garage door and automatic door opener installed quickly and without issue. I have used them multiple times on some of my other properties and am very happy with the results every time. I'd definitely use them again.
