CSI WASTE SERVICES- CINCINNATI

1) They never returned / answered my email question (so don't bother with email)__Record who & when you talk t them on paper or fax. 2) I did finally reach a live person @ 513-771-4200; verified the price & signed up as "allegedly cheaper".__ Pre paid I'm told yields a free month, so my credit card was charged initially (no extra CC fee)__13 mos. for "12" 3) NO toter showed up promptly: so they said to Leave a trash bag on the curb (by Tues. AM) early : which I did. _ Not picked up that day.__ 4) Had to call and they picked it up 24 hrs. late (Raccoons love that opp. typically; especially multiple weeks re-occurence)__ 5) Still no Trash toter by the 2nd pickup of the yr., so I had to make alternative arrangements & handle that aggravation.__ 6) Toter showed up after we left for work which means the Weekly pickup is Null and Void. (see picture).__TRASH GOES OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE as all the people do.__ See picture of the Toter and OSU wins Big Game USA newspaper proof late 1/13/15.__ I plan to ask corporate for price reduction since already they missed 2 of 3 (timely pickups) and one TOTER delivery on belated schedule.__ See pic of theIr web corp. philosophy about "performing as you expect".__Really!!!? I volunteer for American Society for Quality and I am appalled. Several yrs. ago I had them as a provider and they siad they would come get a missed trash pickup. It didn't happen so I called the Twp. to share that. IF A CO. SAYS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING HOLD THEM TO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!__ If they can't deliver a TOTER soon enough, then give the client a credit for supplying your own can and give a sticker for it.__ I own my own old CSI can for example. File BBB complaints too and or your Twp. city as may be applicable Also ask them to leverage Twp. bulk discount!!!!!!!!!!!!!

contacted company. Even though it was their mistake they said it would be at least 6 weeks before they would send me a refund. I was talking to my neighbor about my service and found out he is paying $81.57 for the same type of service. I asked csi why I am paying over twice as much for the same service and they had no answer.

Never have any issues - they've even been able to take random "extra" pieces (like carpeting and old cabinetry) without any need to set up additional pick ups and/or any issues when the trash guy comes by every week.

We had a large bunch of trash. Even though they said they were going to pick it up, we had to make eighteen calls and go to the mayor's office.

CSI does a very good job, and I would recommend them over the other garbage collection services. They have never refused to take what I put out, provided I'm judicious on quantity and type of refuse.

Overall the service is good. We had some problems with a driver missing and an old dumpster but they fixed the problem each time. They have always been the lowest costing, but they do try to raise rates every year but you can normally talk them down if you threaten to go to Rumpke.

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE ON TIME. THE DUMPSTER WAS VERY NICE FOR JUST BEING A DUMPSTER. THEIR WAS NO TRASH LEFT IN IT FORM OTHER PEOPLE AND IT APPEARED TO BE VERY CLEAN.

CSI AND RUMPKE BOTH OFFER SERVICE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. I CONTACTED BOTH FOR A QOUTE AND CSI WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER SO I WENT WITH THEM, AFTERALL THEY ARE ONLY PICKING UP GARBAGE. MY SCHEDULED DAY IS MONDAY AND THEY NEVER MISS. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS CHRISTMAS, BUT EVERY OTHER HOLIDAY THEY ARE THERE LIKE CLOCKWORK. I DID PURCHASE MY CONTAINER RATHER THAN RENT IT, BUT WHEN THE TOWNSHIP PASSED AN ORDINANCE LIMITING PICK UP TIMES CSI SENT OUT A LETTER TO ALL OF THE LOCAL CUSTOMERS ADVISING THEY WOULD HAVE TO SERVICE THE ROUTE WITH AUTOMATED TRUCKS AND AN APPROVED CONTAINER MUST BE USED. THEY OFFERED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CONTAINERS AT NOT ADDITIONAL COST SO I TOOK ONE. 100 PLUS GALLONS OF TRASH A WEEK, WE NEVER RUN OUT OF SPACE IN THE CANS WITH A FAMILY OF FOUR AND CONSTANT DIY PROJECTS. SHOULD SOMETHINF TOO BIG COME UP JUST CALL AHEAD AND THEY WILL MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

WEEKLY PICKUP IS NOT A PROBLEM. I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TAKE WHAT YOU PUT OUT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. IT WAS WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE A TRASH CAN RETURNED TO THE COMPANY THAT I HAD SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT THEM. I LIVE IN A VERY NICE COMMUNITY WERE EVERY LAWN IS NICELY MANICURED. AFTER 4 CALLS, AND 26 DAYS IT WAS FINALLY PICKED UP. EVERY CALL, I EXPLAINED THAT MY SUBDIVISION BYLAWS STATE ''NO TRASH CANS TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE.'' CSI WAS VERY SLOW TO RESPOND.

THESE ARE THE WORST MANNERED PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY CONSTANTLY PUT MY LARGE GARBAGE CAN BACK IN MY DRIVEWAY AFTER THEY EMPTY IT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. I KEEP ASKING THAT THEY PUT IT BACK WHERE THEY FOUND IT (ON THE SIDE OF THE DRIVE), BUT THEY NEVER DO!
