While working on purchasing a home, I needed a quick and thorough review of some items of concern before closing on the house. Criterium's engineers and representatives were responsive, professional, and thorough. They took time to explain things in terms I could understand and they went above and beyond to respond on short notice.

Matthew was great! He was able to schedule my inspection and quickly turn around a WELL WRITTEN report that included practical solutions. For the eye of an experienced engineer and a quality inspection, I would definitely recommend Criterium Cincinnati.

I contacted this company on Angie's List recommendation but it is impossible to get a hold of these people. They simply do not return communications, or when they do it is many, many days late. I have been waiting for a return call so that we could schedule service for several days and nothing. By contrast I was able to schedule an appointment with another company in under 24 hours when it became obvious Criterium wasn't interested in my business.

The inspector was on time and very knowledgeable. I feel he gave a thorough inspection and evaluation of the retaining wall and patio area that we had some concerns about for a home we are under contract to purchase. The price was higher than I would have thought for a short inspection of a limited area, however, the inspector gave some value added time by walking around the house with me and pointing out some other areas of concern and recommendations.
