 + -1 moreThe technician was very helpful and helped determine which air conditioner went into my condo. He patiently explained what he had done and gave instructions for what to do if/when the AC stopped working again. He gave me enough information and dye stickers to allow me to call another HVAC company if I choose, but I thought this company was great and will probably use them again. They scheduled me for repair the same day I called!
Description of Work: Air conditioner stopped working, technician came out to troubleshoot and repair. He put dye in the coolant system and refilled the Freon. Suggested scheduling a routine cleaning and gave instructions for what to do if it stopped working again.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job; were very professional (on the phone and on the job site), the price was reasonable for the unit I purchased, the technicians were friendly, and they cleaned up any mess before they left. I have been very impressed with the services from Courtney. I have recommended them to my family and friends who have also had positive comments about the company.

 + -1 moreThis is the very best contractor to work with. We have used him for years. After using all of the common names, we used Courtney and will never go back!
Description of Work: This company just replaced a furnace in a rental house that we have and repaired the furnace in our own home. Angie's list doesn't allow for multiple postings - so this report serves for both. We called at 7pm because we were without heat - they had it resolved by 9pm. We told them it could wait until the morning and they said no.. they would be right out.

 + -1 moreI HAD SCHEDULED THEM TO INSPECT/GENERAL SERVICE OUR AC TODAY ''SOME TIME'' AFTER 2 PM (THEY COULDN'T TELL ME EXACTLY WHEN, BUT IT WOULD BE AFTER 2 PM, AND THEY WOULD CALL ME ON MY CELL PHONE). I LEFT A MEETING EARLY TO BE HOME BY 2 PM. AT 1:26, WHILE I WAS IN THE MEETING, THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE ON MY CELL SAYING THEY WERE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND READY TO MAKE THE HOUSE CALL. I CALLED THEM ON MY WAY HOME, BUT BY THAT TIME (IT WAS BEFORE 2 O'CLOCK,) THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE SAID THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT ANOTHER HOUSE DOING AN AC INSTALL THAT WOULD TAKE AROUND 6 HOURS. SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY. SO, ALTHOUGH I TOOK MEASURES TO BE HOME BY 2 PM, COURTNEY SERVICES PASSED ME BY. I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT TO RESCHEDULE; I WILL GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
