I wanted a CD of the pictures on m memory card. As Joshua was attempting to copy the pictures, he ran into trouble - my memory card was corrupted. He tried several different things but said there problems with the card. When I told him what pictures were on the card - two very memorable events, he told me he would take the card home to try and see if he could retrieve the pictures. He said most of the time he is successful, but not all the time. It would take anywhere between 2 days to a week. After about 9 days, I heard back from Joshua. He said he tried every way possible to retrieve the pictures, but could not do it. I could tell he felt very bad about it. He told me to save the card, and maybe in the future, they will develop another technique that might allow me to retrieve the pics. He copied what pictures he could retrieve onto a CD for free. He also did not charge me for any of the time he spent at home trying to recover my photos. He is truly a rare store manager and one who truly cares about his clients. I was very touched by his care, concern and generosity in giving me the CD for free as well as his services. He simply asked that I spread the word about his store. Joshua also does framing cheaper than most craft stores and frame shops and has a great selection of frames.
