Thought everything went well until we started getting water in the basement again. He came back out a couple of times with no resolve. Then promised since there was a lifetime warranty that he would come back and re-do at no charge. Then just kept making appointments and kept standing us up. Finally stopped responding. I tried to go after them in small claims court but they were unable to deliver notice. No address on file. They are a joke. DO NOT USE THEM!

While they performed the service, they did not honor their contact. The repair still leaked. I contacted Jeff numerous times by text. That is the only way to contact him. He does not respond & when he does, he gives you a time he will come out to your property & never arrives or cancels. I would have to contact him again & he always had an excuse. After contacting him about 20 times, he just quit responding. The address he uses is either a bogus address or he has mail returned. The BBB was unable to contact him. My next step is to contact a lawyer sue him.

They came out when scheduled and worked hard while they were there. Work was done in April 2016 and was guaranteed. We thought everything was fine for a couple of months and then we started getting water in again. Jeff came out a couple of times. He added a drain outside the back door..... still getting water. He has now scheduled to come out several times and ends up with some excuse as to why he can't come. This last time he didn't even cancel. He didn't answer texts even though they showed read and now is completely ghosting us. Picture below was just taken this past March. Water was sitting all of the way to the dirt line but had evaporated some when the picture was taken.

Jeff was prompt and always accessible for questions and clarification. He more than met expectations for the job. I would definitely recommend Cook Waterproofing and Foundation Repair.
