The guys performing the work are very nice and friendly. The office and staff are very hard to get a hold of (they do not list their phone number or address anywhere). Upon the first set date, they completely forgot. Although the company president was sorry and offered a free cut, upon receiving the bill I was charged anyway. I had been keeping a close record of the work performed and the billing statement was totally off. I was invoiced for 5 cuts (wrong days) at $30/cut. The correct invoice would have read 4 cuts (1 free) at the agreed rate of $25/per cut. After correcting them via mail, I received no explanation or apology. The accuracy of cutting the grass on the predetermined date is only about 40% (they do not notify you of changes in date). Very poor customer service and commitment.
Description of Work: For a small yard (around .25 acres): Cut lawn and trim edges once a week.
