Marc Grafton is amazing! We found him to look for a house. He is extremely dedicated to his position, very knowledgeable of the market and so kind and no pressure at all on the client. Since we only used him to find a house, he will be the only person we will use if we sell our house. If you want someone to guide you, be truthful, and give great customer service, he is the one. I highly recommed him and he has a customer for life. I will definantly tell everyone I know to use him. He is top notch and very professional. Just an overall great person.

She is at Comey & Shepherd Realtors.  We didn’t deal with other agents of that company but her.  We had her come back out to the house in October 2013 and she was impressed with all the changes we made.  She has a commission when you buy the house.  Considering that we hadn’t left our home since 1973 as we always been in a couch but we were looking for a home that we will eventually retire to.  We weren’t interested in moving in now but we wanted to know where we were going and we were looking for a house that we could live on one floor with laundry on another floor and if the house wasn’t a ranch or close to the ground with no more than four steps if need be there could be rain.  So it was very specific and not easy to find and my husband wasn’t co-operative but she was very patient with him and worked very hard to find what his objections were on different things and she worked with all that.  We found her to be very professional and very willing to work with us and set up appointments at every body’s convenience and showed us the profit.  We didn’t need services of realtor in forty years and times have changed.  It was good that we had somebody that whom we could talk to and deal with, who understood where we were coming from and what we needed even though it was a little out of the ordinary.  My husband wasn’t real ecstatic to do this right now but in the end he was extremely happy of what we had done and how it had gone.  I think for all of that I give credit to Kathy of how things were handled and just going through the whole process.  We were looking for homes at Dayton Street and down town Cincinnati, Over-the-Rhine area and stuff like that with select properties and this person recommended us her for that.  At the end we realized that property was way beyond our financial ability.  We didn’t have the money to do so we went to a different direction and began to look at single family homes instead of multifamily.  It went to a totally different direction and eventually we did find a home that suited everybody.  It was not an easy process and my husband was not always cooperative.  She never lost her temper and was able to handle him.  He didn’t want to move but we needed to know where we had to go.  We wanted to get a home in a place where there is public transportation so that we could live on one level and laundry was on one level and we really wouldn’t have to go up and down stairs if we didn’t need.  We have a pretty good yard and we wanted something with smaller yard basically we were downsizing in the future where there is only one of us.  The ability to live in a smaller home but still not necessarily be in a retirement community but be in a community with sidewalk, public transportation, taxes and so picked a home in Madison area, Cincinnati and Mariemont where there is movie theater and all of that.  Those were the things we were looking for at the age when it gets to a point we cannot drive.  We were looking for a way to still maintain our independence and be able to get to doctor’s appointments and grocery.  We just wanted to be able to get up and do things without necessarily rely on other people.  She was able to return our calls and get back to us and keep us informed when we needed offers and what the responses were.  She had good contacts for us.  She sent the home inspector and knew a guy who was a private contractor and we were very happy with Cory and in fact we are going to have him come back and do some more work for us. Good people refer you to good people so we were very fortunate in having made the contact with Cathy so that she had other good contacts that she could give us referral to.
