They were professional and the house did sell quickly. However, their style of communication was really bad. For example, they called and gave us an offer and I countered the offer. Then they e-mailed me the re-counter offer 4 or 5 hours later instead of just calling me. We didn't know that and the mail sat in our inbox. I just wished they would've told us how they were going to communicate with us. However, they did the best they could to sell the house.
