We needed a new roof on our house, and we decided to use HomeAdvisor to get few bids with hopes that we can find the best price that won't break our arms and legs. "Ricky Waller" was the second person to give us a call but he was the first person to show up to give us the estimate. We never regretted hiring Coldstream Exteriors, they did a great and fantastic job, and it was done ahead of the snow storm that just hit Saint Louis! "Ricky" is very cool and very professional and so knowledgeable of what he's doing and was always available and quick in solving issues. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors! We love the new color on our roof! Great job!!! Thanks!!!

Our project manager, Brendan, was excellent to work with. He thoroughly described the process and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. He was in contact with me the day of the install and provided pictures so I was confident the roof was installed properly. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors!

Great communication by Brendon every step of the way. Typical roofing crew, fast, efficient, yet courteous. My needs were met, get it done and hopefully stop the leaks.

This project has help me to regain confidence on "contractor". Brendon went extra mile to cut external cables for making our house looks better. He is patient and kind for assisting us. I would like to have him for the future project.

Brendan, the company rep was delightful to work with. The company works like a well oiled piece of equipment. Within a couple of days of signing the contract, the roof replacement began. The job was completed within a little more than a day. The workers cleaned up their mess. Very happy with all aspects of their job.

Greg called, set an appointment time, (actually called to say he was going to be 5 min. late and was only 4), went on the roof, made the repair and was gone in less than 30 min. for a very reasonable price and ALL within 3 hours of contacting them. Not too much more to ask for.

I had a great experience with coldstream. Jon made sure our insurance covered the cost of our roof after we lost shingles during a bad wind storm. He helped me call and make my claim and helped with every step of the way. We did have some confusion with some communication and roofers showed up without warning, but the job was done fast and the clean up was done well! Loving our new roof!

Coldstream was efficient and their customer service is second to none. Call them for no hassle home improvement.

We have an antanna and of our 6 quotes, 4 dodged removing and re-installing it and one said werenâ t qualified and Coldstream had no issue whatsoever-removed it and put it back. The project manager, Chris, came by later to check everything, and told him we werenâ t able to give our weather vane to the crew to put it up because we were unavailable, so the project manager did it. Looks great! The roof looks great and we wholeheartedly recommend this company. The customer service was outstanding and all our questions were answered.

I cannot express how happy I am that I chose to work with Coldstream Exteriors. Brendan and Greg were wonderful to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I work night shift, so I sleep during the day. These two were very accommodating of my schedule. Greg worked magic with my insurance company and they both kept me constantly informed about the next step of the process. My new roof is absolutely stunning, and I have confidence that I will have no problem with it in the future. I will, definitely, use this company in the future, when I replace my windows. I highly recommend this company!
