Description of Work: Dave responded to my initial contact right away and set up an appointment for an estimate within just a few days. He showed up right on time and seemed very professional. He said he would get back to me with a price in about 3-5 days. I have not heard from him since. I have called and left messages at least 3-4 times and got no response. VERY disappointed.

Description of Work: The Company did a great job. I needed to have box gutters repaired and a water damaged ceiling replaced. They worked with me to come out on a weekend to do the estimate and then were flexible to my schedule when doing the work. They got the job done efficiently. The new ceiling looks great! I would recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: We had some areas of the house that needed repair after water damage, and some areas of the house that needed a standard issue paint job. They did a fantastic job on every surface they touched. All of the workers were conscientious and pleasant to have in the house. The following are excerpts from the invoice. Front Entry Door: Prep and paint exterior only of main door, both sides screen door, and frame. Current colors, using Sherwin-Williams Duration, satin sheen. ... $240. Living Room Ceiling: Plaster damage from bathroom overflow. Tighten loose plaster as needed, using plaster buttons and screws. Remove any loose material, and stabilize with shellac-based penetrating primer. Reinforce cracks using fiberglass. Using drywall finishing methods and tools, skim and sand area smooth. Prime and paint new work, followed by full coat Sherwin-Williams CHAB flat white over entire ceiling for consistent finish. $570. Repaired plaster damage from gutter overflow. Tighten loose plaster as needed, using plaster buttons and screws. Remove any loose material, and stabilize with shellac-based penetrating primer. Reinforce cracks using fiberglass. Using drywall finishing methods and tools, skim and sand area smooth. Prime and paint new work, Prep walls, ceiling, trim, doors, and stair stringers (clean as needed, spackle, caulk). Single coat Sherwin-Williams CHB flat white on ceilings, two coats Sherwin-Williams Cashmere flat color of your choice on walls, and two coats Sherwin-Williams Pro-Classic acrylic enamel on trim and doors. Small piece of shoe molding will also be installed where missing $1630. Accepted option to include small hallway and second stairwell. Amount due for this addition... $1100. Basement Entry Door: As follows….Remove and salvage steel security gate. Remove and dispose of rotted entry door and frame. Level-up the entryway sill, using quick-set cement. Provide and install new 32" insulated steel door unit, complete with exterior. Same style and swing as current, with half-light insulated tempered glass. Will have full weather-strip and sweep. Frame will have rot-resistant frame. Install keyed deadbolt and knob. Prime door and frame complete, and caulk thoroughly and neatly to masonry. Apply two coats white Sherwin-Williams Duration exterior acrylic house paint, satin sheen, and exterior only of door/frame/trim. Amount due for this item... $1300. Accepted option to include clean, prime, paint, and reinstall of security gate. Amount due for this addition... $225.

Description of Work: Remodel of attic space into bedroom for my daughter with egress skylights, replaced all 2nd floor door panels with new MDF solid doors and hardware, ran HVAC return and supply from basement to new room through 1st floor closet and reconfigured closet. Worked off of provided design plans and met the design intent perfectly, even working through a couple of challenges. They gave a great value and the price was very fair for the quality of work done. The entire team was responsive, professional and performed high-quality work. I would definitely use Classy Craftsmen again.
