Classy Craftsmen

He did an excellent job. He told me specifically what he would do. It took a while, because I think he works alone. Because of the quality of his work, we were willing to wait. We were in no rush. The pieces turned out really nice. I thought the cost was very resonable.

It went fine. The staff was really great. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was pleasant over the phone. They gave me a quote and that it is what I paid in the end. I thought that they were professional and I was very happy with the finished product.

We received a quick response and quote after contacting Classy Craftsmen. After accepting the quote they started the job as scheduled and worked around my husband's and my work schedules. The subcontractor hired to do the tile work did an excellent job. The work was completed in a timely manner, something very important when remodeling kitchens and bathrooms-two rooms it's difficult to live without. We were very pleased with our overall experience with Classy Craftsmen and would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

They did a great job and I am very satisfied with their work. They showed up at the time they said they would. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.

Very well. They came when promised, did the work, and did it well. I thought the cost was rather high, though not unfair- very courteous and professional.

Dave's estimate came back very high, so we just asked a few questions about the actual work and could he explain why his estimate was so much higher than the others. His response was very offensive. He implied we didn't want quality work done since we were asking and he couldn't compromise his 'quality'. He said maybe we should just let a cheaper guy do the work since we didn't want his 'quality' and maybe we would change our minds when we were in a better house(paraphrased). I can't assume he does quality work unless he shows me why his work is so much better. A better response would have been references.

It took them a couple of days to get back with me, which I understand. The gentleman was very punctual and nice. He was pointing out other things that he thought needed to be done, and it didn't seem like he wanted to do the work I needed, and lead me to believe that maybe I should go elsewhere for the work. He did tell me he would email me the quote. That was 3 days ago, and I haven't heard from him.

Dave and his brother performed the above work in an expeditious and professional manner. They were prompt, courteous, and are worthy of every kudo in the book. They have my highest recommendation.

The deck hadn't been maintained for 5 years, and there was tremendous algae build up which required a lot of extra effort to get rid of. As is always the case with Classy Craftsmen, they made the extra effort and got the deck spotless. The work looks excellent, again, as always. I know the cleaning took considerably longer than expected, but Dave Beck still only charged me at the original estimate; he didn't add to the estimate to allow for the unexpected cleaning time. Whatever your home maintenance need, if Classy Craftsmen does the work, they do will it in a first-rate manner.

We go to them anytime we want a job done, and we know it will be done right! They are very courteous, punctual, and they clean up after they do a job. They explain exactly what they are going to do and give you a quote in writing up front.

The crew was punctual, courteous, and as always fun to work with. They were very neat (no dust to clean up afterward). The floor refinishing was performed in exactly the time frame predicted and the floors are outstanding. They even replaced the metal heating vents with matching wood vents which are flush with the floor. They matched the wood for the repair site so well that I can't tell the difference at all. The other small jobs were done with the same excellent attention to detail as previous bigger jobs they have done for me. I use this crew for all jobs - big and small and have always been very pleased with their work. Don't hesitate to use them!

Outstanding job, very punctual, neat and clean, outstanding job

They did the job very quickly. They were done in only one day. They were very professional. They did a very good looking job and helped us pick out the color and style. They turned out very good. They even replaced the rotten plywood.

I never even met Dave face to face. He made it so easy for me. He came out and looked at the work, carefully described what needed to be done and the price to do it, performed the work and invoiced me. Work performed was excellent.

Excellent. Getting a quote was quick (and didn't require me to be home). Quote was very thorough and noted all needs/specs in gare detail. Work began on time, as promised. Workmen were prompt and friendly. Site was always clean. Owner (Dave Beck) was responsive throughout, including when we changed our minds on the color of the garage doors. Attention to detail was incredible - the lines and edges of the paint are perfect. Our experience was great, start to finish. We'll definitely call Classy Craftsmen for our next project.

A month or more later and still no estimate. Dave spent 1 1/2 hours looking the job over, took lots of notes and promised a ballpark estimate in 7 to 10 days and to email addresses of flooring suppliers. No estimate has arrived. Why waste the time, for both of us??

Overall, it went great. Dave was extremely competent, efficient, and knew his stuff. I tacked on the bedroom doorknob when he arrived--and he had no problem fixing it. I had noticed some trouble with our front door, but I ignored it because it wasn't a big problem. Dave caught it, and fixed it for free. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very nice.

We are so pleased with the work that Dave Beck and his team did with our powder room. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and he offered some great ideas that we hadn't even thought about. The ceiling was very low in the room, and he suggested raising the ceiling 13 inches. It was amazing. We now have a running list of projects that we want him to do.

They were clean. Their overall work was very, very good.

We were really pleased with them from start to finish. We have a very old house and we had some trouble getting a company to come out and do the work because it wasn't a very profitable job but Classy Craftsmen showed up and did the work. We liked the job they were doing on painting our house so much that we had them do he other work listed. We thought they were very polite, ease to work and very outstanding people. We would definitely use them again.

His team was fast-working, courteous, and meticulous. We have used him before, and intend to use him again.

Yet another job accomplished professionally and competently.
