Cincy Rents

Description of Work: I had reached out to CincyRents Management team for information regarding a full management service agreement. Since it happened to just be slightly past the time of closing, I left a voicemail regarding my inquiry with the appropriate contact information. After waiting one week to hear from the team, I had reached out and gotten to speak very briefly with Tiffany Wells, Leasing Manager. Not only did she not proactively apologize for the lack of response, but Tiffany quickly directed me that CincyRents is not entering into any full service management agreements with a start date prior to Spring 2016. Given that lead time, I chose to pursue other options. Good business practices and excellent service would change my opinion in the future. However, she did not recommended another management team or even offer an waiting list in the event the team could handle additional inventory. This experience leaves a bad impression of the operation and could be avoided by simply updating the menu of services page to reflect the earliest start date. Work smarter not harder.

Description of Work: I was shown several properties for rent, based on the description that I gave them of what I was looking for. I was always met on time, and they were very professional. They followed up with me too, to see if there was anything they could do to meet my needs. I didn't end up renting from them, I chose to buy a home instead. Bu t if I were going to rent - I had a good experience withthem.

Description of Work: Brought and set up a crib, then disassembled it and carted it away several days later.
