+ -1 moreHe showed up late and charged me $180 for diagnosis. Said he would subtract that from repair. I never heard back after calling multiple times. He hung up on me once and then turned his phone off. Scammer.

+ -1 moreMike was quick to return my call and set an appointment to repair my fireplace gas logs. He arrived on time and even called while he was enroute to let me know he was on his way. After he did the repair, he made sure we understood what he had done to make them operational. He also made me aware of the various remote starts that could be added if I ever wanted to make an upgrade. Pleasant personality and extremely professional. I would recommend his company.

+ 0 moreI called Mike yesterday and he came out this morning and repaired our gas fireplace. Our pilot light would light, but the logs would not remain lit. He checked all of the connections and made sure the voltage was right and lighting at the right spot. He also showed my husband what to do if the same thing happens again. He did a great job. We will definitely call him again if needed.
