+ -1 moreBrad is honest and just as important knows computers. He will readily consult with you and answer your questions; additionally he will supply alternatives and allow you to make an informed decision. I had dealt with Brad in the past and was always impressed with his knowledge of both software and hardware. I highly recommend him. Other computer repair places often do work you have neither asked to be done nor wanted. This is not the case with Cincy Micro as Brad will be up front with you at all times.
Description of Work: Brad looked at the computer I took in to his shop. I brought it in for a new computer battery as well as to replace the power supply. Brad replaced both items in a few minutes. He inspected the computer and did warn me that some of the terminals on the motherboard were showing signs of wear. He let me visually inspect these defects. We decided that as the computer was running fine not to replace the motherboard.
