Cincy Home Makeover

Mr. Debruler replaced all the toilets in the home. These were builder grade toilets in all had function issues.he finished and unused portion of the basement for a very nice work space. This included installing counter tops, electrical outlets and lighting. The bathroom was completely gutted.This included a new toilet area, new cabinets, Granite countertops, new tile floor with heating, and a large custom shower. Work is of excellent quality. I can recommend Cincy Home Makeover without reservation. we will certainly use their services in the future if we need any home improvements.

I found them through Angie's List. It seems to me that everything went okay and I didn't have any complaints about the people. They always got here on time and left everything clean. I had no problems whatsoever. They were absolutely reasonable but we always want something cheap. Hopefully I don't need to use them again but if I do I will use them in the future.

I contacted Cincy Home Makeover because I liked a house they had done several years ago. The design was nice and it seemed to hold up over the years meaning quality work. When I spoke with Scott on 3/7 he indicated they were quite busy but that he would be able to set up a time for an estimate in the next couple of weeks. After not hearing from him in about 3-4 weeks I called him to follow up. I understand how contractors and small business owners can get busy and wanted to get back on his radar. He remembered our conversation and said he would get back to me the following week. As a reminder, I sent him an email indicating the work that should be included in the estimate and I still haven't heard from him. I'm okay if he didn't want to take the work but I'd rather have him just say it versus promising something and not delivering. I'm assuming they give great attention to their existing clients but it seems very difficult to get on that list.

On time start of project & on time finish. Wonderful company to do business with.

Perfect quality work, dependable, very reasonable rates, won't suggested anything you don't need, but offered ideas we never thought of. (i.e. paddle fan, lights on the side of our dog house).

IF YOU WANT A WORK WELL DONE WITH A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGHER QUALITY STANDARDS. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE, IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER, BUT IT IS WORTH IT.
