+ -1 moreIt went very well overall and it was very good. They cleaned them well, good service and good communication. They are just very thorough.
Description of Work: I used Cincinnati Rug Artisans for Oriental rug cleaning and the most recent time I used them was within the last month or maybe a month and a half. They cleaned some area rugs in our house.

oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreI was really pleased with the cleaning he did on my oriental rug. He was very professional. He does repairs as well on oriental rugs. He has another person who can repair the fringe as well on the rugs. They can totally re-weave parts of the rug as well.
Description of Work: He cleaned my oriental rug by hand.
