Cincinnati Pool & Patio

Worst service in all my 53 years on this earth. Overtime I've used them it's been a complete disaster. Just moved into house late October, never owned a pool previously. They come to close it and they knock on my door and say sorry we stripped a screw on the face plate and are to busy to come back and extract it before winter so don't let any water get into your return over the winter. I said wait what?? Is that professional service? The next year put cover on wrong and I had to overhaul entire pump. They come to open it and they never took the plugs out and lost all my equipment from previous closing? I had to pay another guy to come do what they couldn't/didn't. If I can save one person the same fate as me, it will be worth this review. Use at your own risk, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE!!!

We put money down on the last pool they had there and they did not have a liner for the pool. We waited for about 2 weeks, we had to communicate with them because they never called us back...my wife stopped by one night after work and they said they got 2 liners in and one was ours...so great, they said they would get everything ready and hopefully we could get it delivered within a few days and they would contact us....well a couple days went by and we didn't here anything so we were both going to stop by after work again and see what was going on. My wife got there first and i get a phone call saying that they didn't have a pump and filter for our pool so that was not good well then she said that they think they could find one. I said well i will be there in a few minutes and I get another call back and she said they never put the pool steps on the order so it would be 4-6 weeks to get them!! I specifically talked to my salesman about the type of steps and to make sure they came with the pool package and he said yes..so I finally arrive not very happy and basically asked for our deposit back,which was no problem, and they said we've got people lined up who are desperate for a pool....yeah without a ladder system and perhaps a pump so we walked out and I did tell the salesman we talked to that communication was terrible and I realize how busy they are and short staffed but please just reach out to your customers and let them know whats going on.

They were just a little too expensive so I did not use them. The quote was only for the labor and not for the liner material. So, I called another place and they wanted $450 but I still thought that that was expensive. The overall experience was fine and they also got right back to me.

We opened the pool on June 4th with Cinti pool and patio. We are still working on getting it useable as it is a very deep green in spite of many chemicals etc. This is an ongoing tale, stay tuned. PJD
