4 large glass block windows replaced existing basement windows. Also needed a dryer vent to outside. One set of windows included the vent. Another set of windows included a small vent for air. The job included removing existing basement windows and disposal. We felt for the time spent by the installer, the cost was more than reasonable. Since this job was in a 100+ year old house, the installer made sure the windows fit well and were caulked securely.

The work they did was good. They came in and put just one window, and we had talked to another company that didn't want to put just one window. They came in within a week and worked real quick.

I like that they did better weatherproofing. It’s a thicker material and not little thin basement windows that they normally put in the house. It is pretty much theft proof and very difficult to break the glass block. I think they do a good job. They do good installation and good clean up. Everything looks really good when they are done. I had no issues since the service was provided. In terms of price, I did compare it.

It was fine. They were on time and friendly. My only complaint would be that they knew you're doing more work and they didn't really advise us in the area that we were doing, they just installed the windows which I can't really blame for, I just wish they would give us an advice.

They worked on some of the windows the first time and then later I called them back and have them do the other windows. I was very satisfied with them. I found nothing wrong and that's a good thing in itself. They were neat and they did the job efficiently and on time. Everything worked well. I would highly recommend them if anybody asked me. I had certain windows to do and they put in their blocks the first time. I was very satisfied. When I need more windows done, the rest of them, these are basement windows. I wanted to get the same company because I wanted the other windows to be compatible with the first windows. They came out and they put in compatible glass blocks. I was again satisfied. Their pricing was very competitive. I have used this provider again.

The second time Cincinnati Glass Block Company did exactly what I hired them for which was to put glass blocks in the remaining windows in the basement. The estimate proved to be the actual price. I like the fact that I finally got the job done that I should have done sooner. There was nothing that I disliked. Obviously I did use this provider again.

The services from Cincinnati Glass Block Company worked out fine. I just had a wood window replaced with glass block. They were cheap and they were fast. There was nothing to dislike. The work turned out great. My interaction with the provider was great. It was cheap. I would use this provider again in the future.

It's beautiful as they did such a good job and I am really happy with it. I knew it wasn't as much as we thought it would be and it turned out so nicely. They got here when they said they would. The man really knew what he was doing, he worked very hard, and he was very polite.

Two utility / basement windows were replaced with "wavy pattern" glass block windows for maximum light and moderate distortion. Cincinnati Glass Block personnel did an excellent job.I now have increased security, privacy and better window insulation from temperature extremes, dust and bugs.
