They were quick with the work and their price was good. I don't recall any issues with clean-up. I was happy with everything all around.

The installer came when scheduled, was very friendly and professional and did a great job. the windows look great. The installer recommended some changes to prevent damage and took money off the final bill to compensate for that. great work! the windows look great and I'd highly recommend them.

All went well. sales guy (sorry can't recall his name) returned to the house twice to explain the project. He was patient & thorough with us with the explanation. Scheduler told us who the installer would be when the installation appointment was made. Installer called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way and then arrived on time. Finished the job prior to the quoted time. we did not get additional quotes for this job. i do wonder about the price at approx $125 / window- I'm not sure it was a great "deal". we had been wanting to get glass block for basement windows for several years and when we saw them at the Cincinnati home and garden center it seemed like as good a time as any to set up a quote. Supposedly, we were getting a deal because we mentioned seeing them at the show. Guess without there's no way to know for sure about what kind of "deal" we got because we didn't get additional quotes. that's our bad; we usually do get multiple quotes. The windows look great and I'm sure will be so much safer & perhaps offer better energy efficiency than the original windows.

In the past they have been okay but they did some work last week and it wasn't okay. I don't know if there was a miscommunication with one of the subcontractors that was supposed to be there to let them in because they didn't come inside and they didn't talk to anybody. I got a window that didn't have a vent in it like I wanted. They also didn't do any of the work inside so it is an unfinished job.
