Quick response within a few hours. I gave some details about needing some replacement windows to see if it was something they could do. The response was quick and professional simply stating it was not a service they provided at this time.

It took a few weeks longer than desired due to rescheduling, but ultimately the windows were removed and installed in one day. It also took longer that day than I was told, but was happy to finally get it done.

Met with a sales person that measured and provided quote for the requested service . Called when promised the windows would be ready to schedule the install. Installer arrived and completed the work requested. One of the existing windows was a total pain to remove as I had tried to remove before calling a professional and it seemed I would need a jack hammer to get that one removed. The installer made quick work of and the result was absolutely perfect. I now have no more worries of another break in through the traditional windows that were replaced.

I have two dogs and he was very courteous of the dogs and ensuring they were safe and not able to get out of the house as he came and went- definite plus. The only issues were that i have been finding small pieces of broken glass in the basement- he did say he had trouble getting the old windows out and I think we all know how impossible it can be to pick up all broken glass, and he forgot to leave the attachment for the dryer vent. When I called the office after I couldn't get my vent hooked up again, the gentleman that I spoke with was very pleasant and had another installer drop one off for me. Overall a very pleasant experience.
