Description of Work: If you get a second quote and tell them, they will reduce their price to match competitor. They limit this to specific competitors. I feel that their pricing should be it, that's it. BE CAREFUL!

I freaked out and called Cincinnati Glass Block. just had talked to my brother about glass block windows. They came out right away. Just so happens they had a really good deal [3 windows for 360.00]. To make a long story short... I love my windows. It transformed the entire basement area.

Description of Work: A few of the glass blocks in one of the windows in my basement cracked, both inside and outside layers. I called to have replaced since Cinti Block initially installed (7 yrs ago?). Office was very friendly and had salesman call back to set up appointment. Initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to below freezing temperatures. I was given two hour window for arrival; installer called when leaving last appointment and showed up at beginning of 2 hour window. He was very pleasant and professional. Window was replaced very quickly and clean up was spotless. No glass remnants anywhere. My only concern was with warranty. Salesman explained my window wasn't covered under the warranty since it looked like due to possibly a rock/hard object thrown from the lawn mower and from foundation settling/ground freezing/expanding. The crack started from inside, so not sure about this. Also the ground will continually expand/shrink due to weather and foundations (mine is poured) will continually shift over the years, so not sure what warranty covers. Other than that, work was very satisfactory and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cincinnati Glass Block sent a representative at my request to give a quote on replacement of two windows in my home. The rep measured and quoted a price as well as explained the process for installation. The day of install went just as smoothly with the tear out and install with cleanup done in very short amount of time. Installer explained how to care for system as well as how to insure the correct curing of the concrete filler used around the window. I could not be more pleased with the service.
