Description of Work: I spoke to him on the phone and he never called me back to schedule work. My foundation is an old stone foundation and I told him that water was pouring through 2 cracks in the wall. I don't know if this scared him off or what, but he never called me back.

Description of Work: Needed an estimate of foundation damage to my home. A general manager came out first. then after a few days the general manager thought it would be wise to have a second eye on the assesment. A second appointment date was scheduled but then cancelled to include a structural engineer to come out at the next week. I have put in three different calls to have them make this appointment but no one has returned my call. I have called the general manager on at least 3 different occaissions and there has not ever been a follow up. I think they don't want my business, or the company is going into default. Whatever the issue they have very poor business practices.

+ 1 moreMy new husband and I moved into our new (old, 1977) house and knew the sunroom was subsiding because of the inspector's report when we bought the house. Got bids and went with Cincinnati Foundation Co. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a few days, even worked on Saturday! They explained every step of the process and why things were done that way. The driveway, walkway, and sidewalks are beautiful. We "added" work as it was uncovered along the way. Clogged drainpipes were exposed during excavation and replaced. A tall step from the house to the patio was corrected and brought down to the correct code height. Since I'm retired I was home all day and could snoop around. Well, I've never seen a crew work so hard. These guys really hustled. You could tell they had a lot of experience and knew just what had to be done. I would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: Installed double width plus bonus parking spot concrete driveway, sidewalk, and patio. Dug out and replaced and extended drainpipes. Dug 6 exterior and 1 interior piers to shore up sunroom and house.
