CDC proposal was the only one that included a mechanical cleaning prior to chemical application among the five we received. Their process includes steps to protect the worker as well as to prevent cross contamination of the environment. Their cost was also quite reasonable. The work took a little longer but we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company.
