basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreHe originally fixed the crack in the wall of the basement and said he would fix the additional leak at the bottom of the wall. He didn't fix the additional leak that we had already paid him for. We contacted him and he was supposed to be back on Nov. 22nd to finish the 2nd leak but he never showed up. Now his original work on the wall is leaking again and he said there was a lifetime guarantee.
Description of Work: We hired Cincinnait Dry Basements to fix a crack in the basement wall and fix a leak at the bottom.
