They did an excellent job. I wound up having them dig up an additional sidewalk slab and pour the concrete where 3 slabs were. Looks very nice. Very professional job. Scott, the owner, was great. We emailed many times. I had question after question and was unable to call during this time and he replied immediately. He told me the date that he would be out and was there! To me, that is worth the entire price. I would definitely use them again.

Cincinnati Concrete Solutions was really easy to work with. The job was relatively small, but they were able to squeeze it in to their schedule. I am really happy with the quality, as well.

Scott came out punctually to review potential repairs in the 2-car garage floor; part of a possible house offer sale condition. He provided great advice and solutions to address issues. Scott was extremely professional and willing to make any necessary repairs that I felt were necessary. In short, no pressure. The pricing was very reasonable. At this time, the offer change, thereby, work would be performed by the prospective buyer. As such, Scott would not be providing the discussed work. Regardless, Scott was punctual, helpful, effective, professional, and I would highly recommend his company, for consideration, in your future projects.

We have been completely satisfied with their timeliness and quality of work. What I most appreciate is Scott's (owner) listening skills (he actually listens!) and good communication skills.

The finished grade on the pads was perfect. The owner and the work crew were very professional and thorough, from their quote, to pre-construction planning, site prep/installation, and follow through. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I need any additional concrete work in the future.

Scott kept me up to date on when they were coming. Responded to my requests and was very pleasant to work with. His team did a phenomenal job on the patio, and the front walk to the house is great.

This is a great company to hire. They offer fair pricing for the work. Even though the work is weather related, they worked with us to schedule the job in a timely fashion. The crew of 5 men was friendly, efficient, polite, and careful. One of the men even dealt with our grumpy neighbor with courtesy and patience. I really appreciated how nicely they cleaned up after the work was done. They were very mindful of both street and sidewalk traffic as they worked. I was impressed!

Schedule was moved up two weeks (which is good) but wasn't told. Workers just showed up and started working without talking to me. Sidewalk apron (pics below) was replaced but not the same design as before. Communication on this project gets an F. Did well on repair of stairs except left seal between the stairs & porch messy & unfinished. Called and had someone come back out to seal & finish. Everything else was just ok.

This was a very easy process, Scott was very responsive and his crew showed up on time and got the job done in just a couple days. We are very pleased with our new driveway and will definitely use them again for any other concrete needs.

Had a strict timeline that Scott and his crew were able to meet with excellent work. Highly recommend and plan to use for upcoming projects! Also answered all questions for me in a timely manner.

Scott & his contractors seems to struggle keeping up during the busiest season. We were not pleased with the grade chosen by his contractors on a portion of our patio (pictured). It resulted in the final height of the concrete so high that it touched our siding and left only a few inches of spec between the hose spout and the concrete. I believe this was a result of the contractors rushing and not wanting to take the time to lower the grade. Their supervisor was not present during that portion. There was also a rod of re-barb that protruded all the way through our foundation and is now sticking out an inch above my garage floor. Overall the whole process was rushed, the contractors were unprepared (I had to lend them my own level), and I cannot recommend this experience to others.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor. Scott and his crew are terrible. I had them replace a driveway and put a new driveway and sidewalk in with an additional parking pad that was to be 8ft wide with 20 feet long. The new pad was not 8 ft wide of 20 feet long. it turned out to be 8 ft at the start and just over 7 ft wide at the bottom and 18.5 ft long. The retaining wall that was put in to hold the new pad was not straight at all. There were 2 curves in it. I was told that it is hard to make an AB block retaining wall straight, which is absolute BS, as you can make retaining walls straight. I was also told it was hard to make driveways perfect linear which is also absolute BS. if you use string and tape measure you can make it linear. Not rocket science. I had many of emails with Scott to get him back out to look at the work and he would send his Crew back out to look at it which I did not want to talk to him. Scott eventually came out, a month of so later and he and I talked about a possible solution. After consideration, I created a contract with the work that was to be performed and I never anything back. I get an email 1 day saying can my crew come out on a Thursday and Friday to complete the work. I told him "No" as I did not have a new contract in hand and the contract was that the old crew could not complete the work and he never said what crew would come out to complete the work. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I have gotten no answers from him. I now am going to have to most likely get all of this taken out and redone because they did such a terrible job. I would not be surprised if it cracked within the year. If I was a contractor and I put this work in I would ashamed of the end product.

Sloppy work. Sprayed cement on walls and did not clean up. Cement started to crumbled on step and called 3 times without response or repair

Overall very pleased with our patio. Crew arrived on time and worked hard throughout the whole job. We did experience a problem with new window wells installed outside the old rusty ones, instead of removing and replacing. Voiced concerns at 2PM and was promised it would be handled. Foreman called at 9PM night before patio is to be poured saying it would be extra $500 to tear out old ones, and that it would require rescheduling concrete pour 2-3 weeks out due to cement truck scheduling. We compromised on them installing new window wells inside the old ones - which don't fully cover the old ones. So not as professional finish as I expected.

Kept in contact w/ Cinti Concrete Solutions and they were here on the promised day to start. They were very professional and got the job completed all in a one day.

Made an appointment to get an estimate. At the time I made the appointment I gave them my full address. A half hour before the appointment, I get a text from Scott stating that they do not service my area. He tried to give me an excuse that he thought I was in a different neighborhood in West Chester. We live in Monroe not that far from where he thought it was. Very unprofessional from upper management to workers. Big red flag, stay away.
