 + -1 moreI needed a new bike to ride this summer. I entered the store and was immediately asked if I needed anything. I explained that I wanted to move up in bikes and needed something that I could ride on bike trails and commute to work on. Paul explained what bikes he had in stock and showed me two different models. I decided on one and told him that I would be back today to pick it up. I asked what time he closed and he said 7, but if would stay until 8 because I got off at 7. I arrived at 7:20 PM and he had the bike ready with the wireless computer hooked up and adjusted. He had me get on the bike and he adjusted the seat and brakes. At all times he was courteous and friendly. I really appreciated the personal service. It was so much different that going to a big bike store where all they want is the sale. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Ok I broke down and bought a new bike today from Fast Wheels. I rode tonight to test it out and it is EXACTLY what I needed and wanted. Paul and crew are really interested in getting you into the best bike for your activity level. They even stayed a little late tonight to make sure that I could pick it up and adjust it to my frame. Now that's customer service ! Paul is a US Army veteran and is also a small business owner. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.
