cell phone service
 + -1 moreWhile we were left on our own to choose a replacement cell phone for me, once we had made that decision and approached the counter for assistance, Tanika Evans did a good job of taking care of us and answering all our questions. I especially appreciated that she offered my husband several different choices for a cell phone number, helping him find one that was easy to remember. And his service was activated immediately.
Description of Work: We went to the Store @ Cincinnati Bell at Hyde Park to upgrade my cell phone and activate a Blackberry my husband had received as a gift. Tanika offered us several different programs for minutes usage and pointed out the various advantages and disadvantages for each. We were not pressured to choose any particular one.
