+ 1 moreWe haven't had any problems with Cincinnati Bell Eastgate. There's some areas where I could lose calls, but I know where they are. We've been their customers all our adult lives. We don't have any complaints and we haven't had any issues with them. When we've had to call them, they've been quick in responding.
Description of Work: They provide my cellular phone, landline phone and internet service.

+ -1 moreTried other Cincinnati Bell options for repair/replacement, this store was most responsive, courteous. After failure of second cell phone of Nokia, got a loaner while third replacement came in, hassle-free. When third Nokia failed, got an extra discount on new Motorola replacement, hassle-free.
Description of Work: Had problem with third replacement of cell phone, gave loaner and discount on replacement.
