Chuck is great! He shows up when he says he will, and he's very knowledgeable about bug control. He solved out problem. We would have no hesitation in having him back again.

Chuck came out to review a potential termite problem. The result of his visit wa that he concluded that I did not have a provlem at this time. He informed me on how to check if a problem developed. With out my input he explained all of the reasoning behind his recommendation and the best method to be used if necessary. Everything he stated was in line with my many pages of research. Therefore I did not need Chuck"s services but would definately use them if a problem ever developed.

All applications have been effective. He has given me some valuable advice about calking some locations allowing insects access to the building.

BEE PROBLEM THAT INVOLVED A HIVE UNDER THE SIDING. I NEEDED SOMEONE TO REMOVE THE SIDING AND REMOVE THE HIVE NOT JUST SPRAY AND KILL THE BEES. HE COULD HAVE KILLED THE BEES BUT IT WOULD NOT HAVE SOLVED THE TOTAL PROBLEM SO HE RECOMMEDED A HANDYMAN WHO SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

Chuck came out for a termite inspection. We did not need treatment (another, larger company frightened me into thinking I did, and at a huge cost to us) but he took the time to speak with me about issues like termites, mice, ants and gave me extremely helpful advice. I am so glad I called him and wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my pest/termite issues in the future. His honesty, kindness, responsiveness and professionalism was TOP NOTCH and GREATLY appreciated.

He sprayed the inside of my home, both upstairs and downstairs and took care of the issue quickly. I haven't seen a bug since!

Excellent experience. Called back immedately and out a few days later. Took him about 45 minutes to spray inside and outside. He was pleasant to deal with and concerned with our animals. He did not try to sell us any additional services. We've never hired an extermintor but so far it has been a good experience. Have not seen any ants since he sprayed.

He is very knowledgeable and he knows all the different products. He uses what he knows is the best so we trust what he uses. He got rid of our termite problem so we do the annual maintenance. He caught it early and got rid of it. He is very friendly and respectful when he comes into the house. He wears the little shoes. We trust him. We've been using him for probably 10 years.

While I did not go with Chuck for termite control, he was very reliable for a quick and affordable price quote. I ended up going with another company that offered a 50 dollar angies list discount. (Every dollar counts around the holiday season.) But I will definitely keep his information on hand in the future.

We will definitely continue using them.

He is very thorough and does exactly what he says he is going to do. He did some termite work at my parent's house. They have two wood structures outside, so I asked him if he had any extra chemicals, if he would go around those structures. He had run out that day, but he said he would be back because he is always in the area. He did follow up and came back to spray the chemicals around the two other structures. I was very impressed with by this and I would highly recommend him.

Chuck did everything himself, from answering my call (not voice mail), came out to provide a quote (two days later), and completed the treatment (a week later). He is very knowledgeable in insects and is very experienced in treating them. He is professional, friendly, and down to earth. He politely explained the chemical treatment process and expectations. He arrived 10 minutes early on the treatment day. The treatment process was very smooth (less than four hours) and he cleaned up all work areas. Price is competitive and included one year guaranty. I even got a Thank You card from him few days later. There was no sign of termites shortly after the treatment. Highly recommended!

I call Chuck's Termite the day we got the termite inspection report, he went out within a few days, gave a quote of $300 for a detached garage, and when we called to have it done he completed the work immediately, providing the paperwork needed to satisfy the lender that termite treatment had been done. He is on time, professional, can use the electronic keypad if you are a realtor.

Chuck came and inspected the house, confirmed the presents of termites and, after we accepted his bid, treated the house with Termidor. Chuck's estimate was reasonable (the lowest of three though they were all close). We were especially impressed with the fact he had a degree in Entomology, came to the house himself to give the estimate and did his own work. We were very satisfied.

We will take Chuck up on his recommendation and have him our for a yearly inspection at $140. With these inspections, the work is guaranteed. Chuck was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I found pinholes in my wall and small flying insects around the house. I soon discovered online that these were termites leaving the nest for mating season. I contacted three exterminators but at the height of termite swarming season, the others didn't return calls very quickly. I was able to set up an appointment with Chuck right away, and was impressed with his obvious expertise. I went ahead and hired Chuck instead of waiting for a second opinion from the other guys. Chuck injected termiticide around the entire perimeter of the house and through the concrete basement floor slab in the area where the termites were living. The work came with a one-year renewable warranty.

Chuck has a college degree in entomology, so he knows his bugs! He explained everything in an understandable way, without any hard-sell. He arrived promptly and completed the job in the time he estimated (3.5 hours). He does the work himself with one helper. He found a problem with the gutter that was allowing water to overflow, probably encouraging the termites to enter. He recommended a roofer to fix the problem. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with Chuck's work!

Chuck began at our home with termite extermination nearly 10 yrs. ago. We chose him because our neighbors use him for ant control. They highly recommended him and so do I. He does annual inspections for termites and will spray for ants if he sees any. I've learned a lot from him and ask him questions all the time during the inspection, such as "What's the name of the strange looking black & white moth we've seen around here?" I respect his knowledge as an educated "bugologist," entomologist. You may see him on TV from time to time speaking on the latest "invasion". We have our home inspected annually and the cost is $100/visit. He calls the day before the visit and is prompt and reliable.

Chuck does an excellent job, and from his first treatment 2 years ago, I've never seen another insect in my home.

The cost depends on what he does each time but is very reasonable.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS NICE & FRIENDLY. HE WAS THERE A LITTLE EARLY SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT AROUND FOR HIM. IT WENT VERY WELL. THEIR PRICES SEEMED TO BE IN LINE WITH OTHERS.
