I purchased a service deal for a furnace tune-up. We had a furnace that was leaking water. The technician arrived promptly and quickly found the problem. He needed to get another part to complete the repair and quickly ran to the store to buy the necessary pipe. He also gave me suggestions about how to maintain the outdoor AC unit. Scheduling was easy and they were quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend!

Very professional from estimate to completion. Estimate came in 500 under the other two estimates for a better system.

Sam responded quickly to schedule the appointment online and then confirmed a contact phone number with me. On the day of the appointment, he phoned about a half hour before the scheduled time and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and promptly set to finding out where the thermostat, furnace, and A/C unit were located. He wore covers over his shoes when walking on my hardwood floors (something not a lot of folks do, and appreciated!). He hooked up his hose to clean out the unit and hooked mine back up after he was done. He gave my unit a clean bill of health (at this time, which is a standard disclaimer expected by anyone on a unit that is aging), had me sign the paperwork, and went on his way to his next client. Sam was very polite, congenial, contientious, and efficient. I read good reviews when I purchased the deal online and now I can concur with others who have used his services previously. Of course it became obvious that my air conditioning was shot when the temperature hit 90 degrees. I was expecting it because I had been just been ekeing by the last 2 cooling seasons. I selected Chilly from Angie's list, left a message and they were very quick to return my call and come out. Sam the owner of the company is a sole proprietor and clearly had a long list of calls, but got to me as soon as possible. We agreed it was time for a replacement, he discussed my options, reviewed the system, the size of the house, previous work that had been done and put together an estimate. I had estimates from the previous year and had a relative expectation of the cost. My house is two stories and slightly over 3200 sf.. Sam's estimate was reasonable in relationship to the others I received, but more importantly it was clear he would do good work. That turned out to be true. He did a great job with the installation, including correcting some things the furnace company had not completed properly and everything was neat and tidy upon completion. I will definitely have him back when heating season rolls around to give the furnace a once over and check up on the AC each year as well. As with many of the other reviews on Chilly I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great I found an electrican on your list and he confirmed Sams findings and they made my air condition going today. Sam and the eclctrician will both be here on Wed and I am looking to have them do some additional work.

Everything went well with the installation. Sam arrived on time and installed the humidifier and showed me how to use it when he was finished.

My furnace stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I tried calling several companies to come out and inspect the furnace, but because this was after-hours (and the middle of winter) several hours passed before I could get a tech to come out to my house. I went with the first call-back who could come out. Mark, from a high volume HVAC company (Schmidt Heating and Cooling) came out to assess and was a complete jerk. Quoted me $490 to replace the blower wheel, on top of $55 just for showing up. Naturally, not knowing much about furnaces, and being a frugal person, I began inquiring about the price and the work. Mark responded with "it's a good thing I don't charge by the question." Got a call-back from Chilly Heating and Air and spoke with Sam, the owner. He was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. Quoted me $240 for the same $490 work that Schmidt had quoted me (less than half!). Sam came out the next day and finished the work in under an hour. Only ended up costing me $205. Sam also answered all my questions about how to save money by sealing my ducts, insulating certain areas in my basement, etc... If you want awesome, prompt, professional service for a low price - go with Chilly. I will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs.

Sam was very personable and educated in his field and there was no high pressure like I've had before. I will for sure have him back. This spring I expect to have him check out my AC also. Again a professional from beginning to end .

Great work - polite and professional, and price better than others. We did have to wait about a week for him to have time to do our work, but he made that clear upfront and kept to the promised schedule. Already used them twice and will do so again.

The service worked out really well. Scheduling was very easy and quick. They inspected the AC unit, cleaned out the units and checked the fluid levels.

Contacted Chilly Heating & Cooling in response to their "Big Deal" add for $59 A/C checkup. They responded very promptly with scheduling information and the appointment was made for the following week. As promised, Mr. Childress called prior to arriving to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time, performed the service in a very professional and thorough manner, finishing up in about 90 minutes. I was very pleased and would have no hesitation in calling for further service.

I have used Chilly at least seven or eight times in the last two years or so and have no complaints. I trust him enough for my tenants to call directly and no longer even require an estimate for smaller jobs. A+++ for responsiveness! Deano

The owner came to my house to do the inspection. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The inspection did not take a long time and the owner answered questions I had in a way I could understand.

Fantastic Work. Responsive. I used Angies List to message outside of business hours and was able to set up an appointment right away! Professional. Sam was very professional and punctual. Walked me through his thought process and diagnosis and even made recommendations outside of the service call. Got the job done. Was very quick and experienced, servicing my heat pump right away to get us back up and running.

Sam, the gentleman who did my service was very professional. He was very polite and respectful of my home. He put on shoe covers whenever he entered my home. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions of energy saving measures that I could make.
