Contract was signed April 29, with anticipated start date beginning of June. That turned into July which turned into August. They ripped out my kitchen August 17! It is October 12 and there is only a pantry framed. I have been without a kitchen for 8 weeks and there is no end in sight. They do not communicate. Do not show up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not recommend them at all!

They didn't return calls to complete the work. They came out within about a week or so. They were more expensive than the other provider for the same basic work.
Description of Work: I got a quote from them for grout repair.

Tim arrived a little late due to to an extended meeting. The inspection was thorough and his questions/comments were insightful and informative. It took about two weeks to receive a quote for each project. Ultimately, we selected another vendor that met our timeline and budget. We felt the proposal was higher than several other quotes, but felt that their work would have been outstanding.
Description of Work: Tim made a site visit to view our Guest and Master Bathroom projects. It took a bit longer to arrange this visit than I had hoped for.
