Having known Fernando and Chappell Cleaning for over a year now, I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, attention to detail and general sense of care that goes into home cleaning. Chappell Cleaning remains flexible if certain areas of our home needs more attention and more importantly they take pride in their work. It would be a mistake to overlook Chappell Cleaning.

The communication was excellent. We knew in advance our cleaners names, the cost for the work and what to expect. They arrived on time prepared to do the work. The project took longer than anticipated and they stay until it was done as promised! The two staff assigned were polite, friendly and asked the right questions prior to getting started. I would hire this service again and recommend to others without hesitation! The owner personally contacted us to prepare for the service, he was professional, confident and made it easy to select his company over a much lower quote for the job.

Exceptional as always! Mr. Chappell and his team always exceed my expectations. I have three dogs who shed quite a bit, and my house always looks amazing when Mr. Chappell and his team are done. Did a great job, place was spotless

Natalia did a great job on my first cleaning. She’s the best I’ve had in awhile and I hope the thoroughness continues. The owner, Fernando, was very professional.

I have been using Chappell Cleaning to clean my house for a little over a year. They do an outstanding job, are very punctual, and are a very reasonable price. They clearly care about what they are doing, and I plan on continuing to use them going forward.

After giving Fernando a walkthrough of our establishment, he provided us with a reasonable and competitive price for his services. We then scheduled a cleaning date during which our restaurant would be closed, and I gave Fernando a key so he could let himself in early in the morning the following week. Within a few hours after arriving for the scheduled cleaning, Fernando and his crew had the place looking amazing. The table surfaces, walls, floors and equipment were exposed, wiped down, scrubbed, and polished. Implements and other items were organized and replaced with care and in sensible arrangement. And the crew worked without supervision of any kind—a real plus for a busy restaurant owner. The job took longer than had been originally estimated, and I gladly offered to pay Fernando more for the work. He declined, however, insisting that I should not pay any more than what I had been quoted. I felt guilty accepting his demand, though, because his services were so worth it.

Fernando and his team do an excellent job of cleaning out home. He always sends us reminders and is always on time. We have been very pleased with the last year of cleanings. I have recommended him to.l several friends and will continue to do so.

Chappell is great! They are very flexible and quick. We have 2 dogs and they make it look like we dont. If there is anything specific I need cleaned they will put extra time into that project.

Fernando (owner) and Natalia (employee) came to give us a service estimate and setup an initial clean. They were very polite and professional. We just had our initial deep clean and my family was very impressed. Extreme attention to detail. We are so happy to have this service and will look forward to seeing Natalia every two weeks for recurring service.

From that point forward, the Chappell Cleaning team made it a point to follow up on the expectations they set for themselves and truly exceeded our own expectations. I hired Chappell cleaning to clean my elderly mom’s apartment. Her apartment was infested with roaches and other bugs and needed a lot of cleaning. They cleaned for over 8 hours and did a great job and made sure I was satisfied. There was a lot of work that needed to be done. I would definitely hire Chappell cleaning again.

Fernando and his sister did an amazing job. I was always reluctant to hire help to clean my house, but as a full time working Mom with a newborn, toddler and a very draining, unpredictable schedule, I had decided to give it a try.
