Description of Work: I hired Chappell to do a deep cleaning of my fairly large old home (4 beds, 3 baths, office, den, 3 floors), and they did a wonderful job! They went as far as cleaning off every single spice container on my spice shelf (there are a lot), taking apart a lamp to clean the glass inside, chipping away with a knife at stubborn scum spots on my bathroom floors, lifting up objects and shelf liners to clean underneath, as well as cleaning inside the microwave, stove top, toaster oven, etc. I am very happy with how things look! They also cleaned doors, baseboards, some trim, stairs, banisters, window sills. However, they do not include windows, blinds and most walls depending on reachability (though they at least use dust wands in these hard to reach areas). My house is 100 years old and has a lot of spots that are probably impossible to remove, so there were understandably some spots they just couldn’t get, but I know they worked as hard as they could and were there for a full day cleaning. The place looks great and I am hiring them back for monthly service!

Upon arriving we discussed a prior arrangement we had and then we discussed our contract. He has been by a total of 4 times and we are very pleased with the services offered. I would definitely recommend his services! Fernando was a joy to work with. He was very kind and conscientious of the job he was doing.
Description of Work: I needed an emergency cleaning for Thanksgiving dinner. Fernando came by himself on Thanksgiving day and worked very hard to get our house clean for our company on Saturday. He cleaned our kitchen, dining room, family room, great room, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.
