.The only issue that I had, I had the supervisor he came out he was on the job and stuff. They used nothing but Hispanics, not that I am prejudice I just think that they probably didn't pay them as much as somebody as they would have somebody else. It was hot but they worked hard. I that should be something that they tell you. The trucks did not say Champion, I think the subcontract that out.

They seemed fine. The price was pretty much ball park. They were as professional as any.

They're wonderful, absolutely great. There were two things that I didn't want them to do, and man, they just jumped to and did it. Example, the top of the windows, I think it was a misunderstanding. I wanted a diagonal cut on the top of the windows and they brought it up as a straight abutment. I said no no no no no, I want it to look a little bit nicer and that diagonal was beautiful. They undid the ones that were done that way and did them right, the way I wanted them. They really did that and they did it with a smile. Then there was the piece on my front step where you come up, when you look up to the porch and there's two black wrought iron posts. The way they had it, I could see the seams in the wrong places, and they fixed that right away with no complaints. My windows are working beautifully, they cleaned up beautifully, I mean they cleaned up their mess, they were nice, their workmen were respectful. I can't rave on them enough. They really know their business. I'm really happy with them. I love my windows. There were some problems with I wanted smaller windowpanes and they weren't real sure they could do it. Well, they broke their back doing it. I mean, they had to really struggle to do it because it wasn't the normal pattern, and they didn't charge me more for it. They did it and it looks beautiful. I would just recommend Champion to anyone because they really stand behind their stuff. Their crews are great - everything about them. I don't have any complaints. You get what you pay for. I have a great deal of trust in them because they've been in business for eons and they're local and I know right where they are even though I live far out in the country I knew right where they were. This is another thing I like about them. They did it in increments over a period of time. They give you little coupons for window cleaner, and because they did it so many times my refrigerator was covered with those things, so I went down a couple of times and they just loaded my box up six at a time, and if I wanted to go back I'm sure they'd give me the rest but I don't think it's necessary. The window cleaner would outlive me. They're not selfish and their representatives were all great. The crew boss was just so polite and so helpful, and did his best. I mean, they were really great. I just have no complaints. I had one window that was a little bit not doing quite right and they came out immediately and took care of it. I had another little spot, a big picture window and it separated from the two side panels. Anyway, there was a draft coming in there. Apparently they had forgotten to stuff that up with insulation. They came right out, took it off, did it right. So I was just really impressed. I would give them an A-plus-plus, all the way. The house is an old farmhouse and nothing is plumb, it's just really off center here and there, and they dealt with all that, and they knew how to deal with it. I can't say enough for them. I love what they did. I saw how they stood behind everything and how eager they were to please me. It was quite expensive but I feel like I got what I paid for.

They had a good price. They gave me a good price and showed up on time. They got the job done in one day.

It was good. It was very expensive, but they were able to do what we wanted. Nobody else could do what we wanted. They were very professional. They were able to give us product that we were not able to find with other companies.

They were just way too expensive. They did not show up the first time, we had to keep contacting them.

Gutters leaked and had to call them back to put on the guards it took my son taken a picture of no guards to get them out and the pit screeydoor on backwards and took several tries to get that fixed and leaking gutters I ended up have a contractor in the neighborhood to fix 'most repair took army year to get fixed

Beware of Champion Windows!! Upon making appointment with Champion Windows the person scheduling the appointment almost demanded that I and my wife be home when the representative visits. Made 3 PM appointment for Saturday July 8th. Day before the appointment I received a confirmation call from Champion Windows for the 3 PM appointment. On Saturday I was running some other errands. At around 11 AM my wife answers a knock on the door and it is the Champion representative asking if it was alright if he can make his call at this time. I am not home and my wife informs that I am not home and wasn't the appointment at 3 PM?? His answer is "yes but I had the time to do it now so I thought I would just stop in". My wife sent him away and suggested he come back at 3 PM as scheduled. I returned home prior to the 3 PM appointment. When the Champion Windows representative arrived I confronted him with a request to tell me why he would decide to just stop by without having the courtesy of calling to see: 1. if we were home, 2. if we were out of bed yet, 3. to obtain our permission to arrive early. The Champion Windows representative stated : "Champion Windows does not allow us to have the customers telephone number". I said what if you want to arrive early What if you are going to be late for appointment What if you can't make it at all How do you alert the customer. The Champion Windows representative said "We can't" and became confrontational stating "why did you have me come back if you were not going to do business with me". I stated that I intended to go through the quoting process but Champion Windows needed to become a little more professional AND to allow their responsible adult representatives to have the customers phone number in addition to their address, just in case. The Champion Windows representative and I then engaged in a somewhat heated discussion regarding professionalism and customer consideration. Once that was done we went about discussing the window issue and when complete the Champion Windows representative stated he would get a quote out to us. That quote never came. In discussing with a friend I found out that Champion Windows offered to quote them for a job and that quote never arrived either. In conclusion, Champion Windows appears to be very unprofessional and arrogant. Why would a company not provide a customer's telephone number to their representatives... after all the representatives have our address. Was the Champion Windows representative lying about not having the phone number ?? Nevertheless, I want to warn everyone - BEWARE of Champion Windows.

They showed up as they said they would, were professional, completed the job that was paid for, and left the area clean and as it should have been. Would use them again.

I love the result! Champion offered me several affordable financing options and I caught their 25% off sunrooms March Sale. What a deal and a God-sent blessing! After the consultation meeting with the Champion sales representative and agreeing to a contract, I was delighted to learn that they could start work sooner than initially projected. The men were punctual on the scheduled day given me. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done :).

Great and we love the room and use it all the time.

Excellent. The original completion date was the end of March; completed on March 3, 2017. Every step was handled in a professional manner; steps: -removal of old patio -cement base poured as well as new patio -construction of the room -addition of electric -addition of flooring

It was very expensive because I had the whole house done. They contract out there installation and the person I got for installation kept coming back. I think 3 or 4 times and he would call me and say "Yeah, I'm coming by" and never show up. That took a long time and they had to redo. I had defective caulk that turned yellow and they had to come back and do that.

Excellent. The put the windows up, cleaned up after themselves and were out of there.

They have excellent windows. Everything was done well and to my specifications. The only thing that I did not like was they only had the 1 installer come. I had the whole house, all the windows replaced, and it took him 2 days to do it. I was surprised at that. I thought there would be at least 2 guys. I had all the soffits around my house replaced, that was a big job, but they had to 2 guys to do that & Champion did that also. It was not a bad price. I called for estimates and I had some very, very high estimates too. I had some $13,000 estimates and I didn't even like their windows. Their responsiveness was good in some places and in places it was not. It wasn't so much the windows as it was the soffits. I had a hard time getting them out here to do the soffits. It was close to December 1st before they got out here for that. I had ordered everything in September or August. It took 8 weeks for the windows, to get the windows in. It was early in the season because I wanted to get it all done before the winter. It took them a long time to get out here to replace the soffits and I would call and they did not return my calls. So I was aggravated at that. They seemed to drag their feet with the soffits. Their a very big company, there's no reason there wasn't someone available to do it. They did a good job, don't get me wrong. They did an excellent job. I just did not like the response I got from them. I called a couple times and they did not return my calls. That is not good business. I had one window that broke and they did come out very quickly and replace it. I opted to keep my marble window sills and they broke 2 of them, and they were very responsive about getting out here and putting new ones in. They were very professional. The salesman that came out and sold me my windows, I wasn't going to be home, and he opted to come up there at my sons and have me sign the papers. It was a big sale for him, but he didn't really have to go out of his way. The sale that he was giving me would have ended if I hadn't signed that weekend. He went out of his way to bring papers and have me sign, he was very good.

All three jobs were done on time and the quality was excellent

There were two people. It took them three hours to complete the work. They left the area neat. They did a great job getting the new door and in getting the work done.

I would use them again in the future.

They do good work. It's good quality. They tend to be more on the pricey side but they have a nice quality.

I was pretty satisfied. The quality of work they did I thought was really good. The gutters and everything stayed. There was few spots that were coming up out of the gutters and I called them a couple times and they never really called me back. They didn't take the gutter downspouts to the ground some place they were like two feet off the ground. Only complain would be they left quite a bit of trash in our yard like maybe like a 5 gallon bucket of just bits and pieces of stuff you know, metal and stuff in the yard and then the gutter guards coming out. What was really strange is after the salesman that got out here to measure the job, he did not know they were suppose to replace the gutters and I don't know I mean that's weird. He came out we did the windows and I said what about the gutters cause you know it's two sides it's a lot of work for the gutters so he said I don't know are we doing that to? I said yeah your replacing all the gutters, he didn't even know.

Extremely well. Installation was very professional. Finished product looks great. My house has never looked better. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend Champion.
