Description of Work: Installed Windows in our whole house. Sent lousy installers, had to call supervisor and demanding talkers who worked for the company. They came next day and all went well. Currently one window is fogged after first winter. Waiting 6 weeks for replacement.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon for $2,000 worth of glass towards the installation of a sunroom for $200, which is an excellent deal 90% off, but when I went to the showroom I was quoted $60k for a 15x30 sunroom addition...my entire house costs $150k so the figures don't add up and I found that to be way over priced. I understand Champion has a great quality product but $60k....wow! Also, I wan't pleased with the service going in. Paul was assisting me and seemed rushed. He mentioned he was expecting customers. I guess maybe they had an appointment and I was a walk in and I understand that, but felt that maybe he should have had someone else who was less rushed assist me if that was the case.

Description of Work: I wanted to have basement windows put in. Overall the people I dealt with were very nice and explained everything very well. I just didn't like the price. The price was twice as much as other companies. It was probably expensive because of them custom making them.

Description of Work: Their salesman came to my home to give an estimate on replacing some of my windows. He was courteous and friendly, but somewhat pushy which I don't like. He had a few "coupons" left from a recent promo and offered one to me but I'd have to decide soon. When he called to follow up a few weeks later I told him I'd bought from another company and he hung up on me. So much for professionalism. The above date is my best guess.

Description of Work: Needed 15 vinyl replacement windows, 1 patio door and 2 storm doors. Salesman called about 30 minutes before scheduled time to say he was running late with another customer and would arrive about 1 hour late. Sales pitch seemed very rehearsed but I liked how they brought the glass and windows with them so that you could see what it looked like. Brochures did not tell us things such as U-factor of windows. Quote for windows only was $9765 and salesman seemed much more intent on selling us windows. Perhaps he doesn't get a commission from doors.
