Description of Work: Champion installed a patio room on the house. 5 years later we had an issue with leaking at the seams of the roof - they promptly came out and repaired it. No fuss was made, no having to prove it, just came out and fixed it. They are awesome.

Description of Work: Installed vinyl siding on whole house, replaced soffits, and wrapped columns in vinyl clad. Also replaced gutters and downspouts. Vinyl siding appears to have gone well, but gutter work was shoddy. During recent spring rain/downpours, gutters began to overflow and pull off house. Only a handful of gutter hangers were actually screwed in, rest were just loose and outer edge of gutters were beginning to sag. Also gutter flashing which was advertised by the sales person was not installed anywhere on house. It's as if the crew left a day early without finishing the job. Now i'm dealing with water in the basement from all the overflows.

Financing was available at 0% for 18 months but it goes up a lot after that and accrues the whole time so only do it if you are sure you will pay it off in time. | |Yes, it's pricey but you get a lot more and a lifetime warranty from a reputable company that also manufactires the shingles locally.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from Champion by taking my window dimensions in to their local sales / manufacturing facility here in Sharonville, OH. The sales reps were very thorough and my first stop was more for an information gathering than wanting to sign a contract and the rep was very understanding and took all the time I needed to understand the various configurations, construction, etc. A few days later I stopped in to another local window company and the sales rep spent more time slamming the other manufacturer's windows than he did just trying to sell his. Very frustrating as the owner of this large manufacturer was in the showroom at the time and I was really surprised that he didn't step in to stop him... so I can only assume that this was the technique used by this company that starts with a G and ends with ilkey. |Getting back to the great service of Champion, they were a better price point than others and the team showed up when they were scheduled and had the windows installed and area cleaned and they look great!! |Just one small issue and that was when I was cleaning the new windows a day later, I noticed a couple of fingerprints between the glass panes by the locking mechanism. Things happen sometimes but the proof of a company's integrity shows in their response to issues. And this is where Champion totally shined!! The rep I spoke with simply asked me to e-mail a photo to show the defect and the very next day I received a call and e-mail explaining that the new pane of glass was on order and they would be out in approx 2-3 weeks to install. There was no hurry as this did not affect the function but they were prompt in getting the issue resolved and in plenty of time for the cold winter months. And the 2 bedrooms stayed toasty warm !! Thanks Champion!!
