Exceptional. I fully trusted the salesperson on his judgement as he only had a timeframe of 10 minutes to discuss my needs as I had to be at Cinti Children's hospital and live in N. Ky. He was awesome, The installers were Father and two sons who had great skills getting the windows installed and it was very cold that day and everything went smooth and I like the fact that the windows are made in Cincinnati. The guarantee gives me a peace of mind. I open my blinds everyday and enjoy the view from the beautiful new windows!

The sales person did a phenomenal job and everyone in the business department was very pleasant and helpful. The work crew on the other hand, left much to be desired. The did a nice job with the installation, however they left a terrible mess and were not respectful.

Awesome, they had one guy come out and he was quick and efficient and very friendly.

I received a quick response to my request for a quote. The representative gave me a thorough description of the product and installation. The job was done within five days. The workers were experienced and professional. I am impressed with the quality of the siding and workmanship. I highly recommend Champion and will use them again myself.

First I’ll start off with the sales men. I get a phone call from him before my appointment to let me know that he sales man that was supposed to come out had a family emergency so they the new sales man will be coming out and he is supposedly a manager. Then while he’s selling you the windows and door Let’s you know he can add it to an industrial order to make it less expensive if you can wait 12-14 weeks for install. Since I wasn’t in a hurry I was fine with that. Then a few weeks later right before the big snow storms I get a phone call asking if they can set up an install because they are able to get orders done sooner so of course I’m excited and we set up an install date. The day before the install I call and make sure the installers still want to come out due to there being like a foot of snow outside and it being less than 30 degrees out and it was supposed to snow more in the following days. They said yes that the install team wanted to keep working during the winter, so I said okay. Now day of install I was told previously there was a possibility of lead pant when they got an inconclusive lead test and that the installers would be more cautious with the removal due to it possibly being a hazard. The install team comes out and all they lay down is the normal champion tarps in the floor have no masks on for their safety from the paint and once they were done I noticed shavings everywhere (pictures). While installing they did inform me that they were getting hazard pay, that my salesman wasn’t a manager and that if he told me he was in industrial salesman normally he lied and that he lies a lot with things like that when he’s making a sale. Now they weren’t able to finish my windows by putting on the outside frame which I specifically asked if the house would be okay like that because it’s a wood house and there was a lot of snow and I was worried about water damage to the house. I was assured it would be completely okay and the told they would call me a few of days later to come back and finish the job. Plus my back door has a shim behind the lock to make it reach which I was told would get fixed as well. Well a week passes and I call champion to ask when someone is going to come out to finish the job because now all the snow has melted and it’s been raining and the coming up weekend is supposed to have a bunch of rain. And to let them know I have videos and pictures of water getting around the outside of the windows to the unpainted wood. This time the install manager assures me that the house is fine and that they will send someone out that day. 5 o’clock hits and I get a phone call saying the installer got rained out and would come the next day 5oclock the next day and again the installers got held up and couldn’t come out. The install manager asked if they could come out that Saturday a week and a half after the original install I informed them I wouldn’t be home as I already had prior commitments and I had already sat around multiple days waiting for them. Since most of the work was external he asked if they could still come out and complete the outside I said yes and that they could come out Monday and completer fixing the back door where the shim is pushing the lock. They come out Saturday and finish the work while I’m gone and when I get home I see the half assed caulking job done on the outside. The inside caulking job looks beautiful but they just decided to do a crappy looking job on the outside (pictures). I figured I would discuss this with them Monday when they came back out, but what a surprise it’s now Friday and they still never showed up. So I still have an incomplete job and keep having to call champion to get anyone out here to work on it, and then have to waste days on them not showing up when they are supposed to. I will give it to them the actual windows look beautiful and them getting installed 2 months in advance was awesome. But I would have rather waited until April if it meant the job would have gotten completed correctly the first time without all the hassle.

Both the salesman and the installer were professional and friendly. I would recommend checking out Champion for windows and doors. While not the cheapest option (this is my house after all) their value proposition was much better than the competition. Quality product and service, I am happy with my purchase.

It went great. The workers were polite and clean and done with all of my windows in 2 days. They explained what they were going to do each day and did a wonderful job!

Windows and installation are outstanding. House is much quieter and warmer. Installation was very professional and conscientious. I am very satisfied. Would recommend Champion to anyone.

In early May 2019 we signed a contract with Champion to replace the large leaking greenhouse window in our kitchen. Due to the nature of the design, the company representative told us the project would be assigned to the sunroom department rather than the window department. We gave him a sizable down payment and, based on the terms of the contract, felt certain that it would be installed before cold weather arrived that fall. As it turned out, this project would not be completed until late September 2020--SIXTEEN MONTHS LATER. This delay caused us extreme frustration, stress, anger, and many more months of water leaking into our kitchen every time it rained. We acknowledge that Covid-19 may be partially to blame for the delay; however, that does not excuse CHAMPION'S PERPETUAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH US. For months we felt ignored, disrespected, and that we were not valued as customers. Our phone messages to Champion were often met with no response and on more than one occasion, after finally being given an installation date, no one showed up or even called to let us know they would not be coming that day. Champion caused further delays and exhibited incompetence in several ways, such as: sending incorrect plans to our HOA, breaking the window glass at their warehouse, and incorrectly measuring the window openings THREE separate times. The measurement errors were not discovered until installation was well under way and required that the project stop while new parts were made. This took SEVEN WEEKS during which time we endured plywood covered window openings--AND NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM CHAMPION. We would have given Champion an overall rating of "F" except for the fact that the actual installation crew was excellent, reliable, and caring, and we are satisfied with the finished product. Still, this was the worst home improvement experience we have ever had. We will never do business with Champion again and will definitely not recommend them to our neighbors.

This is a horrible company to deal with and their people are extremely unprofessional and outright rude. After attempting to do business with them, it became clear they do not treat people the way they would want their own parents to be treated. When trying to work out a solution to problems, they hold others to different standards than they hold for themselves. When they failed to do what they said, when they said they would do it, I asked to cancel and refund the deposit. I was met with excuses on their part and wild accusations towards me by them.

We had a Champion sales representative out on Saturday, 10/24/20. We set our appointment to measure the windows today. During the measuring of the windows it was discovered our sales rep didn't count one of the windows, this was after double checking his work, we were also informed that our sliding glass patio door is supposedly a custom order door. After telling us that the price we would agree to on Saturday would be the TOTAL PRICE, now they want to charge us an additional $2,240.00. We told them that we could not afford another $2,240.00 so they decided to refund our down payment and cancel the contract that we signed on Saturday. Needless to say we will just add this to the trails and tribulations that 2020 has brought us.

They gave a very convincing sales presentation, but in the end the price they quoted was over double what two other major local companies quoted me. I could not see paying almost 1/3 the market value of my home just to replace the faded siding. Ultimately they offered a much better “deal” but it was still ~$10k over the other quotes.

Working with everyone at Champion has been great. Starting with the sales rep. Rodney. He was so professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and showed me all options for windows and financing. Everyone I've worked with have been helpful and professional. The windows look great and are high quality. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone looking to get new windows.

I loved my experience with Champion. This is the second time that I have used them for a home I have owned. Always the highest professionalism even during this current pandemic. The siding and windows are the best I have seen by far and best price with lifetime warranty. Very happy!

I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. It all started with Champion Windows salesperson giving me a quote. We were negating back and forth and agreed on a price. I then received a phone call indicating that Champion Windows could not honor that price we agreed on and he would have to raise the price. During window discussions my wife specifically asked if our existing room darkening window treatments could be used with the new windows. The salesperson indicated that the new windows would look exactly the same and we’ll be able to use the existing window treatments. Once the windows were installed it was discovered that the window treatments would not work, and new ones had to be purchased. That was not in our planned budget for this project. Their clean-up was less than desirable. After the windows were installed and the technicians left we noticed left over scraps inside the house and cigarette buds left in the yard. These issues were brought forth to Champion Windows and nothing was done. They had no customer empathy. There was no customer satisfaction. We reached out to them on the window treatments immediately and they only offered to pay $500 for a fraction (2.2% of the overall window bill ($22K, 7% of the window treatment cost $7K) of them and requested us not to give any negative press. Based on this experience, I would recommend staying away from using Champion Windows at all cost. They don’t stand behind their words and will say anything they need to get a sale.

Champion came out and did a sales pitch and we signed a contract to have a three-season room on our house. We wrote a check and then heard nothing from them for 5 weeks. After several follow up calls and talking to at least 10 people in the organization, they told us they can't do the room for the price quoted to us and cancelled the contract - didn't even offer to re-spec the project and just cancelled it. Every single person I talked to was rude & just passed the buck. Based on my conversations, it seems knew for several weeks that they wouldn't be able to perform the work but wanted to keep the cash on hand. Run away from this group.

Service was not good at all. The guys they had doing our siding took forever to do the job. Siding was suppose to take 10 day but ended up taking over 2 months. Didnt finish what was asked. Left a huge mess for us to clean up. We will never use them again. Nor reccomend them to anyone. We wanted a reputable company but would of got better service from a small company.

Took a long time to start the project once we committed. Once the job started the work was good, . We did have to call them back because they neglected to calk on the outside and you could see daylight above the windows. They quickly responded and rectified the issue. This is now my favorite room in the house.
