They are number one. They replaced the windows a while back and when the windows went bad they replaced them all and the screens. They have a lifetime warranty.

Everything turned out just fine. We like that they have a quality product, are easy to work with and to communicate with. We had used them in the past and knew they had a good track record.

Champion is great to work with. This is the second time we have used them for replacement windows. The first time went so smooth that when we moved and needed new window we knew who to call. The installers are polite, prompt and quick. They clean up and hall everything away. We are so happy with our windows and the service provided. Our daughter is now in the process of having Champion replace her windows.

I felt that their standard process for reordering windows that are defective is slow. I understand that they have to special order the windows, but I had a problem with was that it was a defective window so it should have been expedited. They also should have done a better job communicating with me. I am happy with the windows, but I just feel they should have looked at my window with more importance because it wasn’t a new order—it was defective. I wanted to hear some dismay or urgency on their part when I called about the defective window, but I did not get that. They originally told me 8-10 weeks to get the window replaced, but it ultimately took about 3 months. I did talk to a manager who seemed to understand, but that did not speed up the process. I have recommended the company regardless of this. The woman in customer service was bad about returning my calls, but the other people (sales representative & manager) I have had no problems with.

Everything was excellent. We are enjoying the room and know that we have a great guarantee. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to others, and they are the only one that I would trust for this type of work. This is second time we have used champion for a sunroom.

Initially, we were surprised at how fast and efficient the guy who put them in was. After a while, one of the windows was refusing the close. We called them back out to fix the issue. They tried to rectify the problem on June 3 and the guy worked all day on it, but he was unable to fix the issue. I noticed that the window was warped. The window looked twisted. I couldn’t figure out how the window pane could be like that because it’s glass. They had to reschedule to remove the window. When they came back out, the technician could not figure out the issue either so they called for help again. They had to completely take the frame off the building. It is currently working fine, but it took about 3 months to resolve the issue. I have to call them again because a separate window is having problems closing now. The crank works well and they are nice looking windows, but there is something wrong with the locking mechanism on the windows they supply.

I was very pleased with the sales person, pricing and the installation. The sales person was up front, honest and not pushy which I appreciated. The installer was thorough, showed up on time and took care of the windows. He did not make a mess and cleaned up after himself.

They seem to be in good shape and look nice. The communication with the foreman and workers was very good. The only thing was that the communication was strained with the sales person. After we had the siding and gutters completed, we wanted to also install a storm door. We asked for an estimate and they never got back to us. We contacted them several times to nail down the start date. We had trouble getting a hold of them so the storm door was never put in because we couldn’t get a quote. Lack of communication there, but we were very happy with the overall quality of the work we had completed.

Overall, the whole experience was good. The guys were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They covered my floors to protect them. My one complaint was that the inside finished frame work was not stained to blend in with the other wood. I tried to explain this to the worker that I didn't have someone else to do this for me, they said they do not do this type of work. I thought for the cost the job it should have been fully completed.

They forgot to do one thing but they came back within 48 hours to fix it. The sales person who sold me the windows was high pressure, but the service turned out fine.

I was very excited to have our screened in porch converted into an all seasons room and decided to hire Champion for the job. The work crew consisted of two men. The older gentleman seemed very knowledgeable but his younger companion spent most of the time talking on his cell to his baby mama. The younger guy actually stepped on one of the window frames and bent it out of shape. I happened to see this because I was working in the yard. The windows looked nice at first, but we have had 2 windows replaced since. Both windows cracked. The first replacement went fine but the second took forever. The repairman measured the window incorrectly and delayed the entire process. I am not sure why this mistake was made because Champion had our window dimensions on file and they were the ones doing the repair. Yesterday, we were cleaning the windows and noticed that 15 of the tabs holding the screens in place are broken. We also have at least one screen that doesn't fit correctly. The overall quality of the sunroom remodel is poor. Honestly, I hardly spend any time out on our sun porch now because just looking at the windows reminds me of the entire fiasco.

They are great and I use them all the time now. They are really thorough and I have not had any problems with any of their work. They have been out here quite a few times for doing small jobs and one big job. They are reasonably priced because I can afford him. They are really easy to work with and clean up their mess. They come pretty much on time and are really pleasant to work with. They do really good work because I have never had to call them back to do redo anything though they have done quite a few jobs for me. They give me a timeframe and are always within the timeframe or they call. They are very easy, know what they are doing and go right to work. They explain what they are doing and if there are any issues they talk about them before they do something. It has been a good professional experience.
