We have used their services at our current residence for at least twenty years. We previously used them for many years in Muncie, Indiana as well. The reason we have used their services continually as they are on top of things if we ever have an issue or a concern. We have dealt closely with two men, both named Steve, who have been very polite and helpful. We have always had a fine experience when dealing with the company.

We hired them for the job based on their advertising. They did have to come back and correct some issues after the first installation, but everything is fine now. They cleaned up well after completion. Everything turned out very well.

They were very polite, helpful, and neat. They completed the work all in one day, which was a very reasonable amount of time and got to work right away when they arrived. They were able to replace five double windows in less than four hours. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Everything worked out well. They were great and we are very pleased with the work that they did.

We chose them for the work because we wanted to establish a relationship with a company who has been around for a long time. They completed the work in the morning and were finished by noon. The job was large and they had to custom made the door and window. It did take about six weeks for them to be ready. Once they were done, they completed the work quickly and were efficient. The installers were really good, professional, and cleaned up well. The only trouble is that the patio door does lock on its own and it has locked us out of the house. Overall, my experience with them was great and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

The job took about three months from start to finish. On two or three times they said they were coming out, they never showed. When I called and spoke with a supervisor, they showed up for the next appointment. They cleaned up very well after the work was complete. They accidentally broke a window and they replaced it for us without any trouble. Our experience with them was nice.

Their price was in line with other quotes that I had received. They did a beautiful job. Everything was fine with the work.

From the sales process through the installation everything went very smoothly. Champion clearly stresses the importance of customer service to their employees because from the salesperson (Brian) to the installation team everyone was honest, thorough and on time! Our new windows look outstanding and attention to detail right down to the caulking around the windows was clearly of the highest priority. We would absolutely use Champion windows again, however we don't expect to have to replace our windows again, so we'll have to settle for a strong recommendation to any future prospective customers.

We had a salesman come to the house for an estimate on Tuesday. He measured windows and talked for about 30 min. Then on his way. Told us to meet at the champion store on Saturday at 1pm. An hour before called and said another salesman would take care of us. We arrived nobody knew we were coming and the new salesman had no idea for our measurements. He called the original salesman, no answer. So we got an estimate between $8000 and $16,0000 seriously!??! I could have came up with that number! This is VERY POOR service! I am a client that is paying CASH!!! That should be music to their ears, but I guess not! So my Saturday appt was for nothing!! And by the way the window in the showroom that's beige, you might want to change it, the color I could scratch off with my nail!!! I would have thought you put THE BEST WINDOWS MADE in the showroom! If you can't even show up for our estimate, I can't imagine how you'd do putting windows in. One bad egg ruins it for the whole company!!

It was a good experience. That was very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I like the quality that they constructed which is a custom window. They are also very competitive with their quality. They had a promotion on their price so I had a meaningful discount. But I was most impressed with the quality of the actual product. They did an excellent job.

They were fine and good. I liked the quality of the product. Their price was more reasonable than other companies. They have a factory here locally. They are a big nationwide industry. The guy gave me a really good deal on the doors. Everything is still working. One guy came to put the garage door up. He was very professional. He didn't want to chat; he just wanted to work. He didn't leave any mess. Another guy came to put the storm doors up. They were quality installations. They were excellent. I was totally satisfied and I am a very picky person. They were the cheapest that I found. I didn't get the product I was done and it took a lot longer to get because they didn't provide the service when they said. I had to call them a couple of times. They were here when they said in the end when they had the product. They had quality people come out. I would absolutely use them again.

I would say they did not do the installation very well. Their product seems to be okay, but if you want cheap doors or windows go with them. They did respond to our concerns, but their response was no better than the original. I believe they met the schedule they said they would. I don't think their installers knew what they were doing.

They are a bit expensive. They are still working well. They were on time.

I didn't like the fact that they showed up the first time with the wrong door. It took them about a month to get the right door. They took the door apart and put it back together again to make it fit and it really still doesn't fit very well. It's kind of difficult to open and close. The blinds that are between the panes of glass, and now the one set of blinds doesn't go all the way down. It was really terrible. It was the most expensive patio door that I've checked, but I figured this was a really good company so it would be alright. They were at least $800 more than any other patio door and it's actually pretty crappy I think. They gave me $250 credit for other work and I just kind of threw it away.

We had some issues with the whole process but they eventually installed one OK. The sales process, our sales person, was on the corporate side because they had an appointment issue and the guy on the residential side could not come and we got somebody in corporate sales. There were some mistakes in the pricing in the contract. We went through a few cycles of that. I think he’s very professional and very responsive, a good sales person, but I think he was not as well versed on the residential side of the business. As far as delivery of service, when they turn the installation of the door, they actually broke out some of our plaster and brick on our front door so they had to repair that. They also forgot that that we have ordered. So we had a couple of mistakes on ordering and delivery of service. Eventually they did resolve the issue so it was OK.

It was very great. It works great. The dogs love it. It's awesome that we got the free window cleaning system and that we can go to the store and get another free one up there. That is replaceable if it gets broken. It's great. We looked online and saw that they did the doggy door. The gentleman came in and explained it to us. He was really nice. It didn't take long to put it and get it all set. From what I remember, the price was reasonable. They got it really fast and they answered any of our questions.

It was an excellent experience. The original contact was in November. We actually purchased from them in November or early December. The service was no charge because they were taking care of something that was not quite done correctly on installation. They were wonderful in taking care of it. It was done promptly and well. We had replaced the windows and patio door in our home. I would recommend them highly. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. Everyone that we had contact with from the sales rep that came out to the house to the installers, were very professional. We're very happy.

It was great. I liked the long term guarantee they gave. People were nice. They've been in business for a while. I've been with them for two years.

Went fine. Workman showed on time, performed work competently, and left my home in first rate condition. Over the last three years, have used on three occasions, last one being the exterior door.

The guy was really, really a nice gentleman. He explained us the product and he showed us the difference on the products, what the other once had. He said that they were a one stop deal; where they were in-charge of spelling it, that they have a lifetime guarantee. He was very good. He was right on time.

It went very well but it was quite expensive because of the number of windows. I would highly recommend them. They worked well and we don't have any trouble or issues with them. I can tell that it's warmer in the house in the winter and there were no drafts. The workers who came were very nice, very friendly, very clean and cleaned everything up.
