+ -1 moreguy was good about moving furniture, however, he crushed dryer vent and did not tell me about it. also, the caulking job dripped on window sill and he did not get off. Should have spackled where he tore old window out. when I touch in cold weather extremely cold. air leak

They were going to do it on a Tuesday and they didn’t call me and let me know so I had to call them and then they finally came the following two days later. The communication is bad. They do good work but the communication is bad. The door is keeping my kitchen warm. They were here on time. They did a good job. They did a good job. They put the door in but they had to cut a space there for insulation and they just left that. They didn’t tell me I had to paint it myself. They should have told me that I had to paint that myself.

+ -1 moreThe painter came out and he wasn’t professional. He didn’t come with no ladder. I had to give him a step stool. He wanted to hurry and get out of here because it was his birthday. He had to go to the store and get the paint and come back. He did call and said he was coming which was good but when he got here I said where is your ladder he said he didn’t bring one because he didn’t thought it would be that high. He had to look at the wall first before he can go to Home Depot and come back and paint.

+ -1 moreThey did do work for us and we are very happy with the work. The work was completed. They had actually replaced not just a simple window. They actually came in, took off our existing sliding door to the deck, enlarged the area and installed a larger sliding door. They did a good job. The price was good. Three people came to complete the service. It took one day. They understood our requirements very well. When they actually came they were able to exactly tell us what it is that we needed to do and they were able to execute that as well. That's one of the key things which I thought I liked best.

+ 0 moreThey were fantastic. I would recommend the company to anybody. I called them for windows and I ended up hiring them for the siding as well. They were efficient, polite and caring. I had the best experience ever with this company. I thought the cost was extremely reasonable. They cleaned up afterwards too. They suggested things that I had never thought about. It didn't cost me any extra. They were fantastic, fantastic. They were here at crack of dawn, it was great. I would use them in a minute.

Description of Work: Just them and they installed one window for me this time. I had to have one window replaced. They also at the same time covered a plastic material a big door frame downstairs that the paint kept peeling off of, so they did both of those jobs for me this time.

+ -1 moreWe were happy with them. My husband seemed very pleased with everything. The windows are the top of the line. They weren't the cheapest that we looked at, but for the quality, it was the best combination. If I ended up in another house, and I needed windows, I'll certainly will go to them first. They were very thorough when they came out, they gave us a presentation, they answered our questions and they showed us what we could expect from them, of course no guarantees, but as far as window quality, they showed us option.

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job. The only complaint I have is that we had new concrete work done and they never cleaned it up but I told them about it and they never sent anybody out. They were probably the best with price from everybody that we got a quote from.

+ -1 moreI like their professionalism. I like their I guess you could say promptness they showed up when they said they show up and they worked hard and appeared to be very careful to do a good job. Very pleasant to deal with. Once you've find somebody that you trust it's great.
Description of Work: They also a few years ago built a whole sun room for us you know glass stands all around that was the first thing they had done for us. We had a deck already there that was good and sturdy so the built the rest of it on top of the deck so they built the walls and the roof and you know put in all the windows, They put in electricity and a heater it would be a four season room we can use it all year. It's a heater/air conditioner unit. There was also a sliding door put in to get out to the outside and they had to rebuild a little bit of our stairs it's actually up pretty high in the air we live on the but of a hill and they had to kind of re do a small portion of the stair at the top so that it would be up to code so they did that also.

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. The windows are working great. It's a lot warmer in our condo. The windows were old. We had the bedroom window which was a double. I was really happy. My main concern is that they get the job done in a timely manner and they clean up after themselves. We did look into a lot of different windows and they actually gave us the best price. So far the quality seems very, very good. I think we had to call them back again because it took a little longer than they said for the windows to come in.

+ -1 moreIt was wonderful. The workers that came out were extremely polite and professional. At first they didn't put the kick plate at the bottom. They did follow it with screens but once I said something about it, they fixed it right away. They cleaned out the work site and the people that came out to work on it worked in the morning until 5 p.m. They worked, they didn't just stand around which I had problems in the past of standing around smoking and fooling around. They worked the entire time.

There were some mistakes and things left unfinished, but the local team was very communicative and responsive and took care of it all urgently. Ultimately, I would use Champion again.
Description of Work: We updated our old aluminum windows, added a window and sliding door, sided our entire house exterior with vinyl siding, and replaced the garage door.
