+ -1 moreBest decision I ever made was to call Carpet Masters before replacing the carpet. I have had many other cleaning companies come and have had nowhere near the results that were delivered this time. It was as if the bigger companies had trained their people for a few days and put them on a truck. I asked the guys why there is such a difference between them and the chain companies and their response was that they had been doing this for over 25 years and this is their career, not just a job for the time being. I really respected that and it seems to be harder and harder to find companies like this!!!
Description of Work: Have 10 year old carpet that needed to either be replaced or cleaned really well and decided to go with the cheaper of the two. I put the call in to Carpet Masters and they scheduled me in for the next day. I had them clean my entire second floor as well as the steps.

+ -1 moreI had a five gallon punchbowl full of red wine and sugar, crack and spill all over carpet, drapes, and dining chairs. Jamie called back, after we left an emergency message, and gave us instructions on how to handle the mess, and continue the party. He came the next workday, and got all the stain out. It was incredible! Ten years later, the carpet is still down!
Description of Work: Jamie is a fine professional who can get any stain out of any carpet. He and an assistant work quickly but thoroughly making even very worn carpets look like new. Jamie is usually available within a few days, serving all over Cincinnati.

+ -1 moreCARPET MASTERS RETURNED MY CALL AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT TIME READY. THEY DID THE CARPETS A FEW DAYS LATER. THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY WORKED HARD AND DID NOT LEAVE THE CARPET WET WHEN THEY LEFT. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT.
Description of Work: CARPET MASTERS CAME OUT TO CLEAN AND PRE SPOT ALL THREE BEDROOMS. THEY CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS VERY WELL.
