Description of Work: Installed 4 new Vogue Tires. One was defective and nearly resulted in a blowout on the expressway. They did a wheel alignment that left the steering wheel off center. Despite my requesting a fix with a road test at least 5 times they did not fix the problem they created. They lost the deluxe valve stem cap on one wheel. They replaced a defective fuel pump and reused the old fuel level assembly resulting in a full tank of gas now reading 3/4 full. Their error rate is 100%. I will absolutely never use any service at this dealership again

+ -1 moreThe last time I went there was for an oil change, the experience went well. Their pricing for oil changes with synthetic oil is very reasonable.
Description of Work: I utilized Camargo Cadillac for about 2.5 years after purchasing a used 2006 STS. The car was under warranty with only 32k miles on it when I bought it so Camargo was able to take care of several warranty repairs and a recall in my first year of ownership. I also did non warranty repairs/service there and here is an overall evaluation of my experience. Overall the pluses of Camargo are-service writers are knowledgeable-they get done quick-oil changes are reasonable-they provide excellent customer service with either a ride back to home/work or a loaner car The negatives-their prices on labor are extremely high. They charged me $110 in labor just to replace a battery-they try and upsell you on package repairs and unecessary work. If you are unknowledgeable about cars or maintenance you will over pay for services-

+ -1 moreThey did such a great job that I cannot tell where the dent was. My Porsche dealer recommended them to me as they did not do body work. This company also did some body work on my wife's car and they did an excellent job and both times the charge was almost right on as to what the insurance company had estimated, which I think was great.
Description of Work: My Porsche had been hit in the body panel. They had to hammer that out and repaint it. It was not cheap or easy work.
