We have been doing screen rooms for 20 years and never have had to go back because screen magically popping out. I did this job for you cheap to only gain your business and review . When we arrived there was no screen except one piece left and clearly needed our help. That should have been a sign to me but im willing to help anyone. Description of Work: They stained my deck and replaced a few pieces of wood. Overall, they did a good job, but they got some stain on the concrete pad beneath the deck and weren't able to completely remove it. The stain is barely noticeable, however, and they were more than accommodating when completing the work for me.

Description of Work: Very late in contacting me. Lied about not being able to leave a voice mail. After I finally got him on site for a quote, he said it'd be a couple days for a quote. Didn't hear anything for more than a week. 10 days later still no quote. He also mentioned additional prep charges not mentioned in the Angie's list coupon... I do not recommend "Building Character" as a contractor...

I'm sorry sir but you and I spoke a day or two after you had bought the coupon. Extra charge for your service was to re place about 20 deck boards and sanding to prep for the stain job. It took me a few days to get back to you with proposal because had to price materials. Your deck needed a lot of work and in my opinion to be torn down and re built. But putting lip stick on a pig will work so you could sale the house to someone else as you had stated and let it be there problem. Who is the crook here? Hope all is well and will be well I sleep good at night knowing the product I give my costumers will last. Hope we can gain your business in the future. Thank you, Jared
